I mean that works but I do suggest just like getting 2 68 watt cfl's from lowes for like 11 a piece among those smaller cfl's

idk i only had about 15 bucks to spend on new lights cause the bright whites i had were not the right lights at all. like 3 hours after i put the soft whites in the perked up

Nice dude, Yeah I only use 1 23 watt daylight cfl per seedling, which is sufficient for now but I got 5 more ready to raise my childrenlittle bigger then this now tho cause of the soft whites
Yeah Soft whites induce more stem growth so they arent really bad for the seedlings (rather good) but I do suggest changing to 6500k as soon as possible cuz blue promotes more foliar production (which is what your seedlings need the most soon/now)

really all u need is 1 cfl per seedling?? i didnt no tht i thought u needed alot of light throughout the whole life span, so what strain are you growin there tamuuli?

well the more light the better, but one 23 watt with a reflector is sufficient for a seedling (I added 2 more lights per seedling but the lights are real close together in that box so those seedlings get a lot out of those 3 lights)

I strongly suggest getting in some 6500k's for at least a couple weeks for vegging because if you 12/12 from seed they aint gonna get too big.

i dnt mind the fact tht the plants will be small, its just for a little free smoke. but i found a cfl at walmart thts 65 watts and puts out 7000 lumens, not the twisty kind, the kind thts straight. its not self ballasted but it fits in a norm socket and it didnt say what kind it was like soft white or daylight, shld i jus grab it anyway?

Word well yes, then you can 12/12 from seed. No, if it doesn't say what spectrum it is then I can almost guarantee its 2700k -sorry man.

Naw, lumens is just how much light the bulb puts out, spectrum determines what kind of light the bulb puts out

hey igotit, im new at this but im pretty sure its around 18/6 for vegging and 12/12 for flowering, ull need dif bulbs 4 tht tho

Day 47, 19 (10 flower, 17-18 since sprout): Ok RUI I need you guys! over one night (2 nights ago) Jane just got droopy as fuck? her pH is right, and I dont think shes heat stressed, so I thought the soil just got condensed and hard as fuck because its finally kind of dried after me flushing it a bunch (which it did) so i broke up a bunch of the soil (ripped quite a bit of roots doing it tho unfortunately) but she didn't improve over night and over today so.... HELP!??!?!
On the positive side Mary grew a bunch over today and is doing awesome! BW is still perky as fuck even after I watered her and SLH is doing excellent too!
So here is a pic of Jane, Ill try to upload some of the healty ladies later (compare the pic of her when she was healthy versus now. SHIT!)
