how has it helped you? Seems like a lot of work :(

I was just going to feed it to the goats, let them enjoy it :D

I have a lot of seeds, and I'm very wary dealing with pollen.

It is a lot of work, I have PTSD really bad along with ADHD. Sometimes a tincture is exactly what i need to calm down. There is quite a bit effort to throw into it, the final product is pure THC and water you could boil out the rest of the liquid as well. Doing this isn't for everyone thou

Any way I could just grind the leaves up into a very fine powder and sprinkle it on top of bud or something? Seems a lot easier, lol.

Hell, maybe even grind the whole plant in a blender and dry it out (beforehand maybe) or something? lol

Also, anyone else think I have a male?

Another pic, day 4 of flower.

Plant now has a multiple nodes showing tiny balls. Some 2 balls close together. Not any visible hairs, that I can tell. Keep in mind I am new :(

The preflowers are still very small, I shouldn't have to worry about any kind of pollen for at least a week, maybe two, right?

You won't have to worry about pollen for quite a while trust me you'll know its a male if you've looked up sexing on the internet or the forums here. As long as you aren't in a huge grow its pretty easy to pick out the males (or hermies) from those sexy ladies. What I wouldn't suggest is wasting too much time fretting about it. If you can't tell yet just look in a day or two, if you play with it too much you'll go blind.

I'm just in a hurry because space is a limitation right now, and I would like to get all my females under the HPS if possible.

But there is no point in worrying about what I can't control! I'll sex them in due time. Oh yeah baby.

Okay so I think I know the answer here but I figured I'd let you guys look anyways.

Male or female? There is definite clusters of balls and they are kinda tear drop shaped with the large end resting on the stem.

Also keep in mind this is the tallest and was the fastest growing plant.

yep you dont even need to take a pic of them mate, i can see the balls from here lol..... pic 2 is the best where you can see the pollen sacks..... its crap when you get male, so now i only buy fem seeds, or clone off a fem, but i have not mastered cloning yet, and ill try again with my next growth :S spending a fortune on seeds lol, when i could clone them and save time in germinating/waiting/ then vegging..... where as if i clone they are already at the veg stage and just need to wait on the roots to grow...........

ill not mess up again, lets hope not, ill learn eventually as im still a noob to growing and just waiting on my 1st harvest now a few more weeks and all should be good :)

So I cut him down. The goats will have a nice treat. I'm not that hard up that I need to use the males for anything.

Here's hoping the others are girls. The 2 are still reluctant to show their true genders, hopefully this indicates they are fem :D

Yea I'm just the type of person i dont like letting things go to waste, i dont have goats that i can go out and feed them weed and get them buzzing pretty good. So i can't just throw mine away, because i breed as well so I end up with enough males to actually make some pretty decent product out of. But yea there is more hope for you other plants males generally flower faster than females. Only thing that sucks is just because they haven't shown their true color yet dont mean they are guranteed female. I'm hope for you thou, sure within a week you'll go and look and see them white hairs stareing right back at you.

Was pretty amazing how much root mass it actually had.

Funny part is, the cutting I took from the male was the first to show roots. Got rid of it too, though. Luckily, the others are starting to show some roots. Hoping for 100% success- I think the heat mat helps a lot.

My one plant still showing curling leaf tips at the top. I can't figure out what the deal is. I flushed it a few days ago so Idk.

Going to feed them nutes tomorrow.

From what i read males usually do root faster then females, same as they grow faster and flower faster than most females. How'd you goat enjoy the plant did he go chill in a corner lay down and eat himself some munchies? What kind of nutes are you going for?

I'm using technaflora recipe for success kit. I've basically just been following the directions: feed, water, water. First feeding I went 1/4 strength, second 1/2, third 1/2, and then I just bumped it to 3/4.

I've read too many things about nute burn and one of the best things I've read IMO is "less is more." So far I've had no nutrient issues (aside from the weird leaf tip curling on my one otherwise healthy-as-fuck-plant, lol). The plants are receiving them well.

The goats are chillin as usual, just a little extra chill now :P

Probably not during full flower but right when you girls start showing her sex, that'd probably be the best time.

BTW i'm doing my first grow journal on here, i've grown a couple times with cfls and then i still really had no idea what i was doing never even really had a big harvest i made only maybe a qtr oz per plant. Like I said nothing really major, until I have discovered this site i was really clueless. Now with a little bit of education, and a little bit of money from selling shit on ebay that i figured i could buy again later sometime further down the line. Yikes, looks like it is going in that direction doesn't it.. That's very unfortunate i'm sorry that leaves just one more dont it :sad: better get some more germinating just incase this other one ends up a male too. Let hope it doesn't come out to be one. Let the plant that looks like it has balls go one more day or two. You dont need to worry about pollination within that time, males take a little time too to develop their flowers and as they open about seven hrs after they release, they could release sooner or later from what i read seven is average. I've also read on some people who thought they were males almost certain at times but completely amazed the grower once the pre flowers continued a couple more days and turned out to be females getting her pistils in late, just really swollen calyx i believe it is.
