Thanks... I actually just lowered the light about five minutes ago! There is an air pump... If you look close you can see the bubbles coming up through the stones. I didn't use rockwool to start it because I could not find any locally. Instead, I used a cotton ball, set up the whole system and made sort of a crater in the stones. Then I filled the water to the bottom of the crater. I took the cotton ball, wet it, and then made like a little nest in the bottom of the crater. I placed the seed in the nest and made sure that the cotton stayed wet while the seed sprouted. Then as the seedling grew I filled in around it with stones. In these pictures you can see a bit of the cotton. Under the surface of the stone is about an inch to an inch and a half of plant. I figured that it would give it more support and since its still in the seedling stage it will eventually have more root structure which means more nute's and better product. But then again I could be totally wrong and my shit will shrivel up and die! HAHAHA!
