I have a grow very similar to yours, but a few weeks behind. I also have a vegging chamber that is seperated
from the flowering chamber. The flowering is 40" H x 32" W x 24" Deep. My veg is 18" H x 22" W x 12" D. I have 5 unknown plants in vegging now with lights on 20-4. Inside my veg box I am using an 18 inch tube flouro (15w Cool white) along with 3 14w cfl lights. There currently are no vent holes except where I prop the door open. Also, there is a 5 inch 2 speed fan inside the box that has a 6 inch flouro attached but I don't use it.
Stealth is of the utter Importance. My girlfriend is a hater. So I got a couple sq. Yards of black felt and covered my box in that, put it in my closet and stacked some shoe boxes on top of it aswell as placed a guitar amp in front of it.

Yes your little Lolitas are looking great. I'm glad to see you got them into bigger pots. I am usin plastic party cups for now but before I put them into flowering I will put them in 1/2 or gallon pots.
Your lights could use some rearranging if you haven't already. Like the top of your canopy, you want even-ness. I found an old medicine cabinet vanity fixture (3 bulb) and just Mounted that above my flouro in my veg box, and made into stAndard plug in.(get cord, strip ends of little wires of rubber coating, match colors, twist em together, and wrap any exposed places with electrical tape)
this is definately not the only way to do it, but it seems to be working good for me!
All of the supplies For both boxes has been free. Everything except the felt, but that was bought years ago. What can I say I'm a scavenger!
