First grow DWC - Advice PLS!!

HEY Sanford and Son with i know Grady as a character in the show, sweet name ill b Ester next time i join a site!! Anyways BREAK IT DOWN FOR US u still have the cfls if so are they all 2700k? and if so how many and whats the bulbs time cycle!!! then what is ph and do u check every day? whats the air temp in room by the plants and whats the temp of the water/nutes ( hope u have thermomitor in solution). whats age of plants since they cracked from seed ( that is there true age if u ever tell anybody, day 1 = when they sprouted from seed!!) Bring the Info BRo can wait to hear!!!

hey man im stickin around for this one...yall are all makin me sick with all these big ass plants that are like a third as old as mine and about 5 times as big...guess im makin a trip to wally world in a lil bit and gettin some Y splits and some new bulbs...

my first suggestion is to hang those airpumps above the waterline of your tub. If you lose power, they will be like 2 tiny syphons and will drain the tub onto the floor of your place... lol

Not to mention that they could get ruined.

Shady- I have a similar setup. At let me tell you, your plants look A LOT better than my plants looked like when they were that young. Excellent job. Check out my grow. I am 6 weeks into flowering.. +rep!

Hey Guys. sorry for the delay in getting updates out. My comp took a shitsky and i just got around to getting a new one this weekend

I will get a full blown update and new pics up later tonight. And then I will be back on schedule with my updates.

Thanks to everyone's advise I moved the pumps up so we dont have a mini catastrophe later on down the road.

Unfortunately I had to take some of the money for my HPS and put towards this new comp. So maybe on the next check i can go by the LHS and pick one up.
So for now I am still using the CFL's (2700 K)
6x 23 watters - I run them 18/6

Ambient air tems run about 70 - 74 throughout the day.

Water temps stay arounf 65-70. I keep them cooled with ice packs if it starts getting luke warm .

My PH stays between 5.8 and 6.0. I keep tabs on it about every 12 or so hrs. As much as I can

The little ladies were born (sprouted) on 01/25, so they are officially on week 3 now.

yea if its like a carolina blue then yea its 6500k caus the more orangish lights are 2700k

i am using bagseed for my first dwc. i will get some good genetics for my next grow

No updates since Last post regarding nutes, or water changes. All seems to be going pretty well, for now anyway

There is a little discoloration on the roots. I dont think it is root rot because it does not have a weird smell, they are not slimey , and they are not weak. They feel just as strong as the rest of the root system that is nice and white.

I think it might be the Technaflora thrive alive B-1 Red. Once i added that stuff in with the nutes is when it started happening. what do ya'll think? ever had this happen?

those babies are looking good. how old? i was going to try technaflora on my next grow. i was wondering if it was any good. now i will find out.hope you get some good buds

through those pictures plants look great, but like you said about your roots H202 Hydrogen peroxide will take care of the brownish color. How long before you turn to 12/12?

you might want to check around before you use hydrogen peroxide. i am using ducth master advanced, and you are not supposed to be used with hydrogen peroxide. it might be fine, it might not. not trying to dis you PPS

I think you're totally right, that it's the B-1 Red ThriveAlive... I had the same thing happen once I started using Liquid Karma. Nothing to worry about, if that's what it is, if the rest are nice & white you're good to go.

Also, listen to Closetkiller... I know you're not supposed to use H202 in an Organic Nutrient solution... Not sure what Technaflora is or if it's allowed.

They were germed on 01/21.. I guess you could call them 4 weeks
I am planning on going to 12-12 in a few weeks or so.

as for the Technaflora nutes, they seem to be doing a good job. So far so good anyway!
