Hello all! First time caller, long time listener!
I've just started my first mj grow and have decided to go with a 1 plant under a 150w HPS Sun System lamp.
I'm only doing 1 plant at a time as I figure since this is my first grow, I'd rather mess up 1 plant then 3. (I also don't think 150w HPS is enough for more than 1 grow)
I'm using a 5 gallon pail or bucket with 2, 4" long airstones and GH Flora series for my nutes. If NASA uses GH, it's gotta be pretty good.
So far my seedling is growing in a jiffy pellet under my HPS light at a distance of about 20 inches. The seedling is on a 20/4 light schedule per The Joint Doctors recommendation. The seedling is about 4 inches tall and has just sprouted it's 2nd set of leaves so the total is 4 so far.
I was planning on transplanting to the DWC when I see root coming from the jiffy pellet, would this be the correct time or should I start put it in now?
And yes, I realize going from Jiffy Pellet to DWC is not the recommended way since the peat moss can clog pump filters but since I'm just using airstones and weekly water changed I should be ok.

and i def. agree with penyajo, throw in another seed, or buy a single feminised seed from online. And if you do that i would go with 2...let me know if you need a website, i'll let you get the one i use. 1 more thing if you want people to start writing more instead of just soooo many veiws, then put some pictures up man, i was starting to get worried my thread was gonna be crap because every one was just lookin, but not leaving any love...so keep throwin pics up and just wait till you get some bud porn you'll get way more kudos then....and that's what i was told. because i'm still in veg on my first grow...good luckkk man i think i subed. Will keep up with ya anyway
