First grow ended up a complete disaster

Just wanted to say thanks to all who gave me advice during this very expensive learning experience.
the room is shut down now until i get it cleaned up and disinfected, lesson learned in rushing in to something i thought i was prepared for. thus the tag alwayslearning! i wont be putting another crop in till feb when the moon is in waxing so ill post again then.

Did you end up with anything worth smoking ?
Failure is always gutting but it's the best learning experience you'll get ..

Roll on February . When you can put it all into practice again and hopefully end up with some killer bud

Well i cut of a branch of the blue dream the day i noticed they grew banana dicks, it was deied out enough to find out and it put me out like a stone! may be a new setitive. LOL.
but the rest of it no matter how hard i tried that fuckin pm made it inti 85% of the buds and i mean deep in the buds. la confidential has very tight bud structure and yiu couldnt see it in there til you tore it open.
so i guess the answer is no nothing worth keeping. Maybe next time, but i will say this i rushed to het thay room up and running and spent a ridicules amout of money for a first grow. To not have taken into account all that could go wrong was a costly mistake that will not be repeated.

Many of us have been there in the past. What s your plan moving forward? why feb?

I started in April and didn't make it to harvest in my first run. It sucks but it happens.
Keep pushing forward.

Gonna wait till the moon is in waxing, that gives me time to acually complete the room. I rushed it in to service so to speak needed money for xmas but i used other avenues to make that happen. So that gives me the time i need to complete the room clean it up get all my equipment cleaned and be ready for the next one.
plus i hear giing with the moon will increase yield growth the hole shubang

That and i went with clones from people that are as new to it as i am and the pm im positive was there before they even got to my room. they hermied cause of a faulty timer that clocked on in the first week of flower and one if my lights were on fir at least 3 hrs during the dark 12.
this time i need to do what i wanted to do in the first place, well kinda. I originally was going to go with autos but im ginna do the 12/12 from seed this time with a scrog system to try to get a perpetual grow. im gonna shoot for a harvest every 10-12 weeks depending in strain. maybe you could help me with that? im being raken off my opiods (my choice) cause i have two young sons who have seen way to much for their age starting at 10 months and 3yrs, when they were taken from me under false pretense, their mom is a waste if flesh and i fought like hell to get them back, just to have them see me battle a drug dependence to a drug i had no choice in getting dependent on. What i mean is i was in an mva in 96 and was in a coma for 3 months they induced it and during that time they were pumping morphine to me like clockwork 24hrs a day. so by the time i got iut and went hime i was doomed. that was 22years ago and fir the first 5 or 6 years i refused to take them as they just kept throwing them at me so i took a job on the road till i couldnt deal with the pain anymore ive neen on em ever since.
Now i need to grow a strain that will both help with the pain and help me get off these fuckin pills for good

Have you any suggestions as far as strains that a newbie can successfully complete growing ?

I really like 707 under a scrog. I don't know if it is any easier or harder than any other strains but I like HSOs offerings too. Not all strains are good for scrog though. IMO I prefer less stretch and shorter node space.

Look for grape ape. 56 days about, rock hard nugs, not easy to over feed. Short, bushy fat stalks and still needs a stake about week 3, full Flower in 7 days. Taste's great.

Same as all the others though:

1. Ventilation
2. Lights
3. Fans

So i bought a sulfur vaporizer and it says to burn fir half hour at a time daily till pm is under controll. But everything i see says to burn for a few hours the first time so how much should i use as far as sulfer. the one i got is good for a 1000sqft my room is about 250sqft? if a puc of the vaporizer would help ill put one up

Im not the one to ask but maybe you can find a thread on here.
