Update #1 - Wed 9/12/12
Cuttings have finally arrived, cuttings seem VERY small but looks pretty healthy. so early to tell but they're roots have bust thru the 2" rock wool cubes. i transported them straight into 3-gallon pots for the sake of not having to do so again. each plant received 18 ozs of water mixed nutes. dosage is 1/4tps per gallon. do that seem like a fair amount? since they are so small i seen no need to pour enough to create a 10% run-off with these oversized pots at this time. I have ballast running at 250w on a 400MH conv bulb since theyre so young. Air Cooled Hood fan running only for now, my garage is rather cool temps are low to mid 70's during light cycle which is 18/6 for now. have to read up some more of benefits of 24/7 and 20/4 cycles im just going with what i know for now. welp! here they are......

hey Fendi sounds good so far.. no pics though.. oh and it probbaly will heat up but those fans should cover what you got going on.. having to need to put ventilation up pretty soon as well.

Thanks! Sorry I've been a little busy but there has been progress! One or two things I've been a little worried about. Will be updating with more pics in the next couple of hours.

Update # 3 Thu 9/20/2012

Ok as i stated in my previous post i was experiencing a few problems....id like to say they are still there :???:

when i started i could not find the ph meter i had for the life of me! so needless i was going in blind of the first two waterings when it comes to PH. Seems as if i have some nute burn issues.....Today makes my 3rd watering and each time i used half the recommended dosage except for this one today i used a 1/4 of the recommended since i have these issues. I used my ph meter for the first time today and fresh water coupled with GH 3-part mixed-in i got a reading of 5.8!! (remember this one is 1/4 of reccomended vs half i did the other two times) correct me if im wrong but i read that my ph should be alot closer to 7.0 in soil?

I did think of flushing/watering without nutes but i wanted to bring the ph up to 7.0 to see if these burns are from nutrient lockout? does it sound like im on the right track?A When i watered today the mix was still slightly damped but i couldnt stand to see some of the leafs and figured i had to try something different.....

well first off heres a couple shots of the canopy!

12 days from clone root!

So what do you guys think?? my next step is flushing with ph'd water only, maybe adding a little bleach.....ALSO i noticed VERY little green moss looking algae at the base of two stems?? I'll be doing my homework on that one as well. Ive replaced those silly paper plates with aluminum trays. I pour about 36oz into each 3gal but it doesn't create enough run off to take any diagnosis. I may up the amount i give them to get a reading next time as well

UPDATE #4 (LONG OVER DUE)9/27/12

MY PLANTS ARE LOOKING GREAT! I figured out why my leaves where looking the way the were, pretty much miscalculated dosage and BURNED them. Also since i seen 1-3 gnats in tent over this week i decided to wait longer between watering to let dry out alot to avoid anymore algea and fungus flies.

Last update I told myself i was going to do Ph'd water alone following the last feeding but they seemed to LOVE the mix as theyre exploding so i up the dose a bit more since theyre a little older. definetly happy with my first grow so far and this 400w mh lighting. WELL heres a couple random pics from that night:

Go to home depot or garden center and get some mosquito dunks (Now) put one in with you nutrient solution and crumble some on top of your sunshine mix
unless you like knats.

I actually have some of those dunks your reffering to, just hesitant to use it. I haven't seen anymore but one and I trapped him n a cup and smashed his ass damn good! I also topped my soil with a layer of perlite to keep any future adults from landing on would be algae moss stuff. Trying non-chem things first

I heard that dunks can cause problems unscene like harsh smok, quality of bud etc.....any truth here?

I here you the dunks are a harmless bacteria though and its always easier to stop them at the first stage of the life cycle.
No you will never notice a difference.
