Hey guys. Figured I'd finally get around to taking a few pictures and sharing my first grow ever. I'll try and give a run down on what's going on:5x10 tent for Bloom and 4x4 for veg
2 1000w HPS for bloom with LG portable A/C (10,000 btu) taking up a little bit of it.
1 600w metal halide for veg
All hoods are 8" cooled by 8" cent fan plumbed into the attic.
8" scrubber (on seperate 8" fan) going into the attic
A/C is vented into the attic as well as exhaust fan from the 4x4 tent
Plants are roughly 24" from lights in bloom room. Trying 9 plants under Scrog setup (2x3" welded wire on pvc frame suspended off ratcheting light rope from ceiling). Around 70/75 degrees with lights on (run from 6pm-6am) and 65 with lifts off.
In veg, lights are about 28-20" from light depending on size. MY MISTAKE- I vegged my plants on the floor of the tent most of the 2 months. The plants didn't turn out very big or bushy, kind of messing up my Scrog idea. I ended up with a lot of space left around the screen. My plants currently in veg are much bushier and are growing much faster. Temps are 75-80 degrees running 18 hour cycles. Lights turn on at 6pm. Has 2 6" duct fans feeding it air.
Nutrients are Canna products. Ended up recently buying Emerald Harvest. Impressed so far.
Hand watering in 16 liter square plastic pots with Canna coco at 6-6.1 ph. Water every 2 days until runoff.
Scrog screen is roughly 6-8" from the base of plants.
Trained for 1 week in veg under screen in the bloom room. Turned to 12/12 May 3. Did not take much pictures.
Started 10 Nirvana feminized seeds from Nirvana and kept one for mother. Future grows will only be 7 plants in grow room assuming they will be bushier. Screens are 8 squares approximately 26" each. One is mostly portable A/C.
STRAIN Aurora Indica
Would love (and will wait anxiously lol) everyone's feedback. I've learned a lot so far and had a blast doing this. Next grow will be a lot more productive because of veg growth difference. Everyone on the site has been great
