First grow ever!! Accidental grow.

Hello, I'm not sure how long ago I put a seed in my girlfriends flower pot. But it's growing a marijuana plant.

Looks pretty big. It sits outside on my porch. I'm not sure how to even grow marijuana but its growing. I took a picture of it.


How long do you guys think this plant has. It seems to be growing pretty good. I've been watering it with just normal faucet water. And it seems to be doing pretty good.. lol


What stage do you guys think this plant is? Any quick tips for good water procedures? I'm hoping it last long enough and grows quick enough for around fall time I'm thinking?

Oh, and what kind of plant do you think it is? Indica or sativa?

thats indica and if i where you at this late in the game i would take it inside and finsh growing it in a grow box you could still do a outside grow but your yeild will be small and as far as watering every 3 to 4 days and you might wanna go ahead and transplant it into a bigger pot

Yeah, I might bring it inside and put a light on it. But I don't even own a special light for plants.
Haha I'm afraid of switching to a bigger pot because I dont want to hurt the roots and shock the plant.

How many weeks do you think this could possibly start budding?

well outside it will start within a week or 2 you can get you like 5 or 6 2700K cfl bulbs from walmart on the cheap to grow that plant inside in a closet just make sure to vent the closet and a fan for fresh air and a timer from there also might cost u 40 to 50 bucks tops for what you need

Sweet, I really hope it keeps growing good. I wonder how much bud it will have by the time it stops growing. I'm pretty sure its a female. I don't see any seeds forming at the base of the flowers.

if i where you let it veg inside about 3 or 4 weeks and top or fim it you can get right much bud off it! if you dont top or fim it youll have one main cola but with fim or topping you can have a bunch of colas so once you top and veg for about 3 or 4 weeks start the time on 12/12 lights on for 12 hr's lights off for 12 hrs on a timer

Thats not what happens if its not female, and there are no flowers on it yet.
It will show its sex when its exposed to no more than 13 hours of light at a time, this creates the flowering hormone.
If a plant is make, it grows pollen sacks. If female, buds. If a female is pollinated by a male, then she produces buds with seeds.
E.G. SHWAG.
That plant is presently in Vegetative growth stage, not very long out of seedling.
I'd wager another solid 2-3 weeks of veg, and then induce flowering via photo period.
You probably wont get much of anything good from bag seed, on a first grow with no nutes or any actual setup.... But its a start.
For future reference, keep you face out of the photo, kido.
When its not just a 1 time pet project and you do this for a living/as a passion, the novelty of "Hey guiz lookit me I'm COOL!" wears off and the "I could be in jail for a long time because of this" sets in.
Read some of the other posts, we do have Cops on this forum as well as other types of undesirables people looking for info.

If he Veg's for another 3-4 weeks it will be 1 1/2 tall... The way Sativas stretch after the flip, he'll be looking at a 4 ft beast if he does so.
Keep it small and bushy, flip in 2 weeks tops and LST her to a nice bushy, low profile.
Trust me mate, I've a degree in nuggetry.

just keep those cfl's about 2 or 3 inchs away from plant at all time or the plant will stretch

o ya thats mary jane alritte lol. the cfls will
grow her but u might wanna consider like a 150w HPS to flower
. itll get u MUCH more for harvest than the cfls.
