First grow ever, one single huge female that’s been vegging for 8 months just flipped

Hey guys first post here! So I gave some seeds I got from some GG4 bud I had bought so my step dad out of curiosity planted them last year beginning of September 2017 in soil. Problem right off the bat was he started them off in the “biodegradable” cardboard like pot and once they hit about 6” growth halted. Which was after he had placed that cardboard pot in a larger pot just burying the entire thing with the plant. The roots never grew through so I took the two I knew were female forsure and put one in a serilite 8 gallon container dwc and the other in a 5 gallon dwc both in hydroton.
That was in the middle of Jan this year and I’ve been keeping lights on them 24/7 since until yesterday. Now mind you this has been a total closet grow from the very beginning total noob here with their first bush. I did very little trimming, topping, or pruning to the main one I’ve focused most my energy on.
I do have two but at this point the other is a goner :(. I focused my lights on the one and the other stretched towards the light growing about 6” taller in about a week and the thin stems couldn’t support the weight.
SO BACK TO THE MAIN POINT lol
Do you guys think I should do any last minute topping pruning or trimming? I just switched the lights to 12/12 on the 2nd this month. Or should I just let it do it’s thing since that’s what I’ve let it do for the past six months in my closet

The last picture is when it’s the smallest is when I transferred it to hydro and accidentally snapped the top off on accident (that’s what that smaller one next to it is, I thought maybe it catch on but it didn’t lol) which actually ended up giving me this nice bushy bush instead of a Christmas tree like shape I think.

I'd prune where ever there's going to be really small budsites that'll produce maybe a gram of popcorn, I'm sure you have a few branches in there like that.

Hi Big Attack,
Indeed...hell of a plant. I'm with Harley on this one.

Major training and pruning should be done (if so desired) well before going 12/12. My guideline is after major pruning, give 3 weeks to recover, then flower. Otherwise you will shock the plant and delay flowering.

Hey guys thanks for all the advice and feedback! I went ahead and trimmed her up a bit anyways bc she was just so bushy lol. I’m on day 35 of flower and I have some new concerns now . I’m not sure if she should already have her colas yet but it looks to me like I’m just getting a lot of popcorn nugs all over the canoy. There are a couple peaks that look like they have potential to become colas, but they’re still small. I know I probably set her back a little with the trimming I did after the flip, but do you guys think she’s developing a little slow?
Another thing I’ve noticed is some of the leaf tips are turning yellow and I’m unable to determine if it’s from the light burn or nute burn. Just feed her today and my ppms are at 1200.

On the bright side, every bud site is completely frosty so that’s a good sign! Thanks again! And here’s some more pics
