I have about 50 reggie bag seeds... so I'm not worried if this one fails tbh. But I will keep posting when things happen and take suggestions

I prefer shotgun approach with that many , you can always clone a keeper so you don't have to sift thru seeds anymore

I think I over fert, the soil, or something... there was no growth overnight and I even managed to stunt my other tree seedling.
My next step is to use generic soil rather than making my own

Maybe, I can use the stuff that I made as the fert, just adding a little to feed, rather than as a whole. We'll see. I got many tries

Going to get a ph tester today, along with your run of the meal soil from a garden center. I'll test the soil I have now

Seedlings do not need food for week or two. Too much can cook em or stunt them. The little small first leaves that open when seeds pops, I uses to use as an indication. When she needs more food they will yellow first.

Making your own is great especially if you are used to it. Check out the organic section here. One user growa massive plants in just manure. I started my current ones in Fox Farms Coco Loco with Kindsoil on the bottom. Both pretty hot, chem nutes and additives will burn much faster but most stunted seedlings in soil will be because of watering issues imle.

For my medium I use SunGrows SunShine Mix#4 it's a soilless mix that has good irrigation. It has spangneum peat moss, coarse grade perlite, gypsum, and dolomite lime.

My soil is made of cow compost, perlite, vermiculite, and bone meal.

It had nothing happen over night with my super shit light, and a constant air flow, so I looked into it, and my people said the soil is fine... it's the lack of water and light.

The soil was never wet, the pictures just made it look that way. That big 5gal was only watered with half a solo cup worth.

So what I'm doing now is watering it more, and giving it good ol sun light in my window.

I also have a Mesquite seedling next to it that has leaves that open and close based on light, and they stayed shut during the whole time

Soooooooo. Sunlight till my package comes in.
