First Grow EVER

in terms of switching over, its nearly impossible to tell the sweet spot (of timing) until you run a season. 1.5 ft is an average minimum height among my crowd, but its your first go so experiment. try them huge (and later tie them down) or keep em' small. the one mega tip i will say is to veg them until you are done taking hella clones and they have recovered. keep double the clones you can handle, it sucks to have an almost finished plant and only a few shitty (goddam mendo purps) clones.

Thanks 4 the Info Pgoat! Im def. taking all that into consideration. I do want to clone but just seems like a lot of work.

Well i started look at some of RIUs members set up for there grow room and got some really good ideas of my own.

Im gunna make my grow space bigger because I want to have a place to Vegg/clone and a place to flower all in one. So i started thinkin and i came up with a pretty good plane... I have a unused dresser that is pretty big so i gut it and i made a door for it.



Im goin to pick up some spray paint today to spray paint it flat white on the inside. Also have to pick up 4 other cfls for the flowering stage and another fan and ill be set. :mrgreen:

Ty for the +rep and the comment about my babies. Im gettin really impatient wish they would grow faster.. Right now im trying to figure out when i can start them on there 12/12 cycle. Any ideas??​

i have learned that u can switch to 12/12 any time it all depends on how big u want them to get!i have flowered a 6inch tall plant before i only got a fat blunt off of it but i just wanted to see if it could be done!!!!:eyesmoke:they pretty much double in size when u start to flower them!my plants last grow i switched them to 12/12 when they were 7inchs tall an they grow to 1 foot an that was it i got 1oz off of 3 little plants like that in 3 mounths!!!!bongsmilie:eyesmoke:

Im deffently gunna take some clones. so how do i know which one to take clones from if i dont know if it is male or female yet?? Do i just take a clone from each and hope to get a female????

You can take a clone put it 12/12 and force it to show sex before the plant you cut it from.

But yeah, you won't know until either the clone or the plant you took the cutting from shows.

I waited until I started the flower cycle and took cutting from a male and they worked just fine.

Well I think next week im going to cut a clone off my biggest plant and just see if its a female.. because if not im gunna be sooo pissed HAHAA

Ty! Ya i love posts with lots of pics as well.. as you can tell HAHA..

And ya thoughs are my new puppys. Came from my mothers dog who had 10 puppies. I have a 3yr old Red noise pit as well.

Ok so this morning i woke. And like always checked on my girls (hopefully). :oThey were all drooping and the leafs are starting to curl up and in from the sides! I dont understand whats going on..:wall:

Please help if you have time!!.

Me and my husband finished the grow box last night. Im really happy with the way it came out. Ill be putting picks up of it as soon as my cameras battery charges. I also gave them nutes last night. 200ml of water with 1/4 the recommended amount of nutes. so far they dont look any better but they also dont look any worse. Ill keep everyone updated. :?
