I will do, did you see the photos i uploaded a few posts back. Im just using matt white paint as the reflective surface as tin foil is poor. And my budget wont stretch to mylar this grow.

It is? Lol growing marijuana is a lot more confusing then i first thought, i read so many contradicting statements im not sure what to beleive anymore.. I actually thought i wouldnt need to come on a site like this since i thought i knew a great deal allready. Turns out i dont know anything, lol i thought as long as my plants got more then 12 hours of light they would stay in veg.. Turns out you have to be more specific.
My original plan was to go 12 12 from seed or cutting as i thought harvest would be quicker and it would cut on the power i used but it still takes 3 months.
Tropicalcannabispatient i looked on the site you provided but it just looks like a huge advert for seed banks lol. A bit messy.
When i was about 17 i grew some bag seed under just my bedroom light on the ceiling no nutes, it got huge around 4 foot and bushy but i had to destroy before i flowered, as i remember it was looking a lot better then my friends who grows under hps 600w and uses nutes. Maybe im looking back through rose tinted specs lol

How important is having a fan, my friend doesnt use one at all but i think he only got 2 ounce of his plant under 600w hps. My fan is 16 inches not 10 and im going to have to get creative to fit that in my space, theres plenty of room above but not enough at ground level. Is it important where it is? I wanted it to blow my plants to toughen the stalks but is tht best use??

With no ventilation, I think having a fan is even more important. Try to hang it. I am very new to this also. I pull air from a room in my house which is air conditioned and still run a fan.

They deliver on saturdays too, but most likely will be next week. GLAlso my light never arrived today, it should be here on monday now

It will be monday i spoke with them today,
Ive squeezed my fan in, not sure if its in the best place but im limited for space.
Im going to try hang my light from the silver pole either side of the fan.

Hey DANfour. Congrats on starting your first grow! Everything Tropicalcannabis has been saying is spot-on. There's nothing wrong with going for a strong yield on your first grow, but try to keep your expectations in line with your experience. Pulling 3oz. from a half square meter is possible, but it requires a lot of skill and quite a bit of luck.
I grow in a 3ft.x3ft. (about 1 square meter) tent with CFLs (actually PLLs, but essentially the same thing) specifically to keep the heat down. For veg I use 220 watts with a mix of "pure par" bulbs and 10000k bulbs. For flower i use a total of 460 watts with mostly 3000k bulbs with a few 6500k and 2700k mixed in. I've got a 4" inlet fan, a 6" exhaust fan and a small 8" oscillating fan to keep the air moving in the tent. My current grow is two white widows (good yielders) in 5 gal pots. I'll be very happy if I pull more than 6ozs (dried and cured).
Just to echo Tripical one last time, the more you READ the more you'll SUCCEED!

Ahh i wasnt aware, i assumed as long as it got more then 12 hours of light it would just keep vegging, what will happen if i 14-10 it surely will not flower? Ill try upload a pic of room. Still work in progress as you see, ive seen people pulling 2 ounces of 1 plant with 150 watt dual spectrum cfl. Ill squeeze two in there i think.

Yes tropical cannabis seems to have a good wealth of knowledge and i am reading everyday.
