First grow feedback please

Using a mars hydro light. Half pro mix, half worm castings. Clearly I had mixed results, but definitely proud of at least one of these guys, especially for a first grow. Any feedback on something I should be doing with them from here? Is it just me or are they about to flower?

Yes they are starting to flower.
What are your media, nutes, pH, RH, temps, feed/water schedule, strain?

I use a pro/mix hydroponic mix with worm castings. I use true organics iguana juice. (do you have a feeding schedule you recommend? Amounts? I'm going to start using their bloom product now that they are flowering) I don't have a ph reader. I don't know what rh is. Light on the temp is 76-80 off its upper 60s. I've been doing a 18-6 light schedule (in guessing I have autos since I never went below 12 and They are flowering anyway, I embarrassingly forgot what strain it is, now that it's flowering do I change the light schedule?). Initially my water schedule was stressing them out so in the middle I switched to a deep water every 4 days or so. Nutes every other day.

If those are all auto's you picked a level 8 difficulty out of 10 for your first grow.

Stop over watering.

rH= The amount of water in the air relative to the maximum amount of water that the air can hold at a given temperature. The relative humidity (RH) is the ratio of the actual water vapour pressure to the saturation water vapour pressure at the prevailing temperature.

Unless you have some super purple strains they are hungry and wanting some P because they are turning purple.

You need to cover some basics. Get a pH meter and a hygrometer. Both are cheap but can be expensive depending on brand.

RH is 40-50% (have a detector just didn't know the acronym)

How often should I water?

How often/ much should I feed?

I'll look into getting a ph reader... recommendations?

My plants seem a bit small do you agree?

The seeds I'm popping in the corner there are elephant, any recommendations on care for them?

Thanks a lot for the feedback.

Water when they're thirsty. They don't need or want soggy soil everyday. Don't dry out the soil but don't keep it soggy. Plants won't like it and you'll probably get gnats and you definitely won't like that.

During flowering they will eat more P along with taking less N during the phase. But you just need to feed them according to the schedule kinda sorta. Use less than recommended amount to see if it's enough. Mfg dosages are usually high. Organic can be simple or complex.

You should hangout in the organic section and read the pins and stuff over there.

I don't like it auto's. Nice 56 day strain.

You said there is 50% worm casts in your mix. I think you're not supposed to go above 20%
40 is a bit dry for flower but 50% RH is about perfect.
I water, let the plant dry then I fert then I let the plant dry out then I water, then fert....
Bluelab is about the best PH meter out there but I see Avia? mentioned with it. Do a search on here for them. They require the calibrating and storage solutions as well. The Gen Hydro drops are pretty simple and much cheaper if you're just starting. Lots of people have bad reading from cheap PH meters. Cheap PPM/EC meters like my com80 are usually ok though.
If they're autos then that's probably why they're small.

My water/nute ratio is accurate when filling gallon jugs, I was just never clear on how much of the water/nute mix to give a plant when feeding. I'll attempt to find more balance in watering, I definitely was under watering at first but I may have gone too far in the other direction to resolve.

Yeah, doing a scan it seems like many go with a 20 to 25% worm casting. Sounds like I was given bad advice on 50/50. Wish I saw that earlier... I've had to use it as fast as I make it and I wanted some for my veg garden.

I do have additives to increase or lower ph, guess it would make sense and bite the bullet to get a proper ph reader. What ph do you like to keep yours at?

I usually like to be 5.8 to 6.0 for my liquid inputs. It's worthwhile to check the PH of your runoff and adjust the PH of the inputs to get the wash 6ish, IMHO.
