Alot cooler, More light with all the plugin you got.
Trust me.
Just cuzz is a cfl doesn mean its not as good/even better.

Heres an update for ya!

150 HPS. Homemade air-cooled reflector made from a yard sign. The piece of glass really did the trick. Also started LST.




Sorry for the cruddy pic, my camera cant handle so much light. The plate glass is only slightly warm to the touch, no problem holding my hand there.



The beginning of LST.



Ill start 12/12 tonight or tomorrow when i fully light proof the box.

Your setup looks very similar to mine. I got my temps from 89-81 by positioning a fan in th right spot inside the box to blow air from the bottom onto the plants. Blowing it just randomly from bottom to top actually raised my temps because the hot air was now being blown against the plants rather than cool air being circulated.
Ill be watching to see how yours turn out in that space

Well i actually moved the fan so where its supported up by the edges of the pots. Just checked the temps this morning and it was about 82-83.

EDIT: New intake, blocks almost all the light, or at least enough for 12/12.

Its been used plenty of times by other people with great results, so I'm giving it a shot. I think the plants will be getting all of the light they need.

Beautiful job,I have one out door potted female who i've been smokeing off of for a week now &its a beautiful high.Im amazed at how fast yours are growing i've been waiting since may.Good luck i hope you have all girls:clap::weed:

Nice sprouts dude. I wouldn't worry to much about the one you dropped. I've had a few drop that have looked much worst than that and have turned to sometimes become the best. I guess it makes them struggle that much harder in order to survive that they just keep that momentum going.
Isn't it fun but additive? ...growing I mean?

I started mine in May also but mine are not ready yet. This is the first year I have not scooped some early off my own plants but it is sooooo difficult waiting. :wall:

Yeah they seem to be as happy as ever.

Lacy - Thanks, they seem to be taking off now, it does seem addictive :D. I applied the first ferts this morning, Grow big at 1/2 strength. I'm gonna wait a couple days for the next feeding. Also, that 4th one i dropped died a while ago.

Headiesss - Yeah 100 watts of cfl for 24/0.


Ill update tonight. Starting to wonder about when to put the screen in. I still have to sex these plants. After i sex them Ill transplant them into the larger 2 pots. Hopefully they will show rather soon, that screen needs to go in.

Day 4 of 12/12

Transplanted into a large rectangular pot i made. When/if i find a male ill yank him out and fill his hole with more soil, hopefully.
