Bro your set up looks chill but you are going to have a heat problem your intake is too small for the amount of free space you have there if you dont get the air flowing your going to get somewhat weaker stems. you might want to add a bigger fan not the tiny computer fans... They have a bunch of diggerent types you might want to go with a honeywell 5 inch mountable fan inside to create an air current you dont want just the air to flow from left to right. gotta think like your girls are standing on the top of a hill. then you should be ok untill harvest! good luck ... & try to keep it at 72 degrees to 78 degrees for best result ... and I do not germinate in a small cup i just put it in the pot weere she will be living her entire life!!

As for going to big pots straight away, i had heard round about that giving your roots too much room can cause them and/or the plant to get a bit leggy, but I'm not to sure about this. Any one else heard this?
