I was under the impression that the drops on the leaves act like a magnafing glass and burn your leaves!

I spray my seedlings everyday and they are under a 400 watt mh right now.I did not get no burns from the light.Even before i always sprayed my leaves in flowering jsut to foliar feed.My girls did not object to it.The ak47 in my avatar was sprayed all thru flowering under a 400 hps.

Its cool.You can get alot of useful info aswell as bad info from this site the best thing is to try it for yourself.You learn from your mistakes.

I've heard that too... But i choose not to spray for other reasons.. Its b/c it seems easy to burn plants when you spray with nutes..Also it seems easy to over water , just coz its harder to keep track of watering... (at least with babies) Then when flowering it seems to me you want the plants and air as dry as possible to increase resin production.

Yeah I don't want to fuck anything up right now! I am doing OK right now on my first grow so I don't want to start doing anything right now! LOL just keep it as regular as I can so not to fuck it up. Later I will try different stuff to see what happens.

I notice an increase in bud development 3-4 weeks in and the last 2 weeks of its flower time.. but that's just me. I am adding the closeups now =]

Well in all my searching on this site, I have found two things regarding spraying. One if you do spray, do it while the lights are off or you could have mini magnifying glass droplets that may burn your plant. And two, if you don't get all the water off your plant before the lights kick on, you may be actually promoting mold growth.

dude that is one guys opinion. I think spraying is like pruning leaves. I think it is a 50-50 on this website. For now I am not going to spray my shit. They are doing ok right now so we will see what I yeild. I don't want to do anything new right now to fuck it up! LOL No worries I am going to continue with what I am doing, I am doing ok here so I will leave it at that.

I have sprayed my plants for years, one word of caution though, Be sure to raise your Lights way up out of the line of fire. If you hit a Hot bulb with water, it can and will explode!! one reason I have sprayed in the past is Gnats, I take 1 clove of garlic, about 10-15 whole cloves (yes Cloves) like you use on a Ham, and about an ounce of Dawn dish soap. you boil this in a medium size pan on a low boil for ten- fifteen minutes, let it cool, strain, and pour into a spray bottle. The little fuckin Gnats Hate the shit!! I spray the soil too, works for ALL kinds of insects, and doesn't harm your plants+ washes away when you spray your plants with plain water.. Just my 3 cents worth, works for me and I have Never had a Mold/fungus problem...

Hey guys just a little update. My buds are filling in at the top and all the plants are doing well! It is funny they have a pepper smell to them is that normal? They look fucking awesome! Love this growing shit!

Thanks guys, and yeah it smels like weed/peper! It is weird never smeled that before on weed but it had been a few years since I have smoked weed. And around 20 yrs since the last time I tried to grow weed! LOL The buds look great and the plants look good also, can't wait to post picks in a few days. I look at my girls all day long but I don't want to post pics every day.
