First grow from clones, may the weed gods bless me.....

So good Afternoon fellow smokers, I live in Cali and am attempting my first grow, and its not going to be a small one.

My tent is 8x4x6.5
8Bulb T5's for Veg, and I will be getting a few 50W LED's down the road to add to the mix.
2x600w With Hortilux hps bulbs for flowering
I have a Phresh 6x24" Carbon Filter
2x400 Hydrofarm intake fans, one for the hoods and one for exhaust to filter during Flowering.

Currently I haven't hooked up my two fans or filter due to there is no need for them yet. I just hooked up my T-5's and got 6 clones. I placed a 6" oscillating fan on the plants for the time being.

Currently I have for clones:
2 Motivation teens in 3 gal pots
2 Herijuana in Rockwool
1 White OG
1 Blue Dream

Im going the whole Fox farms route, using Half Ocean and Half Warrior. And there tripple pack, or Big Bloom, Tiger Bloom, and Grow Big

I am getting another 4-6 Clones in another Hour or so, I will update once I get them.
I changed my venting from the 600's in the shot, just so I dont get harassed too much. I will be transplanting my plants into 5 gal smart pots once I get all of them.

These two are my Herijuana, they are strong as hell!
Here are a few of my plants rocking it, trying to stay healty. In the back ground is a chair which my Phresh Airfilter is sitting on, and two boxs stacked with a lil cup of my bag seed bud in it.


So Update.....This seedling I planted from bag seed sprouted and currently has 4 leaves.

Humidity 52%
Temperature 71F
Water PPH 6.5

After the transplant, I ran just water and flushed them. I ran 1 gal of water through each of the 5 gal pots.

So-far The Blue Dream is still recovering from the previous nute burn before I got her. The White OG seems to be the most temperamental of the bunch. Still drooping, IDK what will make this girl happy! I plan to transplant the two Motivation clones I have that are in I think 2 or 3 gal containers into my 5gal smart pots and add FF mixed with Light warrior for soil.

What I dont understand, I thought white seeds wernt supposed to germinate. Yet I got my lil guy to do so, by placing him in a cup of water next to a candle for 2 days. He swelled up fat, so after 2 days in soil he is the only guy to sprout. Which I find kinda funny after all..

I just transplanted the 2 motivations into 5 gal containers and man were they happy to leave there old container. I put in some Vitamin B with there water to compare the results from a transplant right away. I am comparing them to the 4 others I transplanted last night.

So the white Og is drooping pretty bad again, idk what its problem is now. I am going to water them again tomorrow with some Vit B and big bloom for the first time. Hopefully they will cheer up. The herijuana are still looking the best all around out of the 4 smaller clones.

The blue dream really looks like a fighter, its trying to fend off the old nute burn on the tips of its leaves. Coming in full even after a day.......Im just really worried about this White OG. Any advice?

So I just took out the 4 smaller clones and watered them, gave them 3tsp of Vit B and 4Tsp of Grow big? IDR its the first of the FoxFarms nutes it says to use. I cut the dosage in half.
Watered plants with water +nutes for a PPH of 6.0, I checked the runoff and it was as well 6.0

The White OG is looking better since I watered it already, My little guys fan leaves are getting BIG!

I raised my T5's since after the transplant into 5gal smart pots the plants now sit up higher.
The 2 Motivations and 1 of the Herijuana are just doing amazing so far!

Grow temp inside tent 71F
Humidity 52%
Temp outside of tent 64F (I have a fan blowing fresh air into tent at all times)

Some of the stems have been turning purple and the leaves were starting to wilt. I was assuming my girls were thirsty, so I will find out I guess.

Im getting a White Widow, and an Alien OG any minute, idk if I will also receive 2 pre 98 bubba as well. I am hoping so. I will have all of my clones then and be ready to take off for the first grow!

Although No one cares I finally recieved the 4 final clones I was waiting on. White Widow, Alien OG, and 2 Pre 98 Bubbas. Well, lets just say they have seen better days! The two Pre 98's are what my buddy gave me, They are kinda torn up, I transplanted them all into 5 gal smart pots. Hopefully they will all clear up!

White Widow

I put them to sleep finally at 6pm tonight. First time they have been to sleep since I got them, but I figured they are all settled now so they should be happy getting some rest. Im starting my guys on 20/4 today because the White Widow had some heat rash already, which didnt make any sense because she was actually the furthest from the light out of all the new guys. The leave was hooking to one side pretty bad, and she was dry.

The rest are doing amazing today! The two Pre 98 bubbas are showing tons of green, im thinking of just clipping off the deader stuff. Since no one replies to my grow thread its hard to say what to do. I guess Ill just leave them be for now and see how they do.

So, update with/out pics for now. The ladies are looking amazing! Most of my older clones have decided they didnt want to wait for flower to show me there lady parts! I dont mind one bit all these lil white hairs poking through everywhere. Only another 2-3 weeks in veg for my other guys to catch up before I can switch to flowering.

The Alien Og, I had to zip tie the fan leaf up to the main stem, due to it being like twice the size of the plant its the only way to make sure it catches enough light. The Blue dream and White OG are looking incredible!

White Widow, and Alien OG have some burn marks from the light being to close, however I couldnt even feel the light on my hands........ I dont want to stretch them too far for light, but I need to belay the bigger guys and improve the lil guys growth rates.

Some of the bottom leaves on my Herijuana have started curling under and getting sharp almost pointy, Im thinking due to lack of light since its only on the bottom branches......

Time to take my girls out and move them around a bit!

Checking in for this one, I just started my first grow to. Nice chunk of change to drop for a first grow btw. Im beginning with 5 plants, as soon as I think I got the swing of it, building either a 10x10, or 20x15 grow room in my barn. Anyways happy growing!

Sounds like you have a nice set-up going on here with some awesome strains! Looking forward to watching your progress!

Thanks guys, Yeah I dropped about 1.5k in 4 days. It was well worth it though. Every morning I wake up and go check on my girls! Ill post new pics up here in a little bit, since I need to move them around anyways. The White OG is blowing my mind, she has grown 3 inches in a day and a half and is looking healthier than ever! The Blue dream is recovering from the nute burn and its almost gone! She is stretching and growing amazingly! The herijuana marked x is stunted, which is sad because she was the better of the two when I got her. The other Herijuana is now my best looking plant! (I figured out 3/4 nute feed with 6.2 ph'd water caused this monster to be 16.5" this morning, which the next closest is the White OG at 15.5" (1/4 nutes with 6.2ph water)L Lesson I learned Fox Farms nutes, go full strength as reccomended via the chart from the get go. It will pay off! The Alien OG is recovering, although it has burn marks from the light (oops) it is growing nicely! The White Widow hates the light even near it! It keeps warping any leaves if the light is within 18" of it! super sensative to the T5's or maybe its just the overlapping of the center bulbs. However tons of new green! Pre 98#1 Started out with a ton of dead looking leaves, a big bunch at the bottom and a cola almost at the top, I did some snipping and the plant has blown up with new greenery! (im stoked because this was my first attempted trimming of dead shit) Pre98#2 This girl was looking eh so so, also had some dead shit, i just said fuck it and cut off the dead parts of the leaves to test how the plant would respond. Went out today and the thing is looking great! Bagseed Romulan? Skywalker? idk its one of the two, but he is getting huge! I had to water him today, im doing nothing special with this one, because I have the worst luck in the world, im honestly expecting this one to ruin everything! However I wanna have some faith that she will just be a dyke and fall for her sisters! Anyways, im waiting for the first two leaves to turn yellow and fall of, I see a new set of leaves is starting to pop out of the top! Regardless once the rest of my girls are ready to flower, this one is going with! muahaha Just bummed I didnt start earlier so i could just set a plant out and we could decorate it for xmas! Thanks! I noticed some slight Nute burn on the Blue Dream again, although now she is glowing! Its so beautiful! The two motivations dont even feel like they are in dirt they are so light, but the soil is still kinda damp in the middle and the plants dont look thirsty. Idk Ill water them in a few hours, im way to high right now lol.

Owe the lilbastard is taking up over half of the cup now! I think I am going to enter him in the coffee can competition here on RIU. It will be so heart breaking if my lil one turns out to be a male and im in the comp though! Growing the lil guy in a normal metal coffee can, should be pretty amazing keeping her so small, and making her advance with her sisters when they go into flower lol. IDK where im going to put her im just laughing thinking about it, it will be a jungle in there anyways!



I started a sweet grow log for each individual plant last night, Im going to try and keep it updated every week so we can all see the progression. I will post them in the correct order showing progression next week when I show pics again. If I can last that long

Ok, So my first attempted supercrop and one LST!, my knowledge was based soley off of what ive read and youtube videos. So I took some pics of everything while I was at it.

I fed the 2 motivations a half gallon of water each as they were light, ppm was around 1k ph was 6.4. Used 6tsp of Big bloom and 3tsp of grow big, as recommended by fox farms for week 2 feed. There was no run off as I did not want to chance over watering the plants before my attempted supercrop!

excellent update mate want to see them bluedream buds mate...

haha, i should have my other tent here after the end of this month, So that means I might practice with these buds for awhile, keeping them in veg and just playing doctor with them. I want to train my white OG to line the 5 gal pot and loop around it..... Next crop im def attempting to do what Gotten did and get his plant to have like ten colas. In time it will work out perfectly I am wondering about them, but the maintenance guy is here so he needs to leave like now so I can go check on them!

wats happening man? I was gonna say first and foremost happy holidays. Second, dont cut the foliage that is burning from nute burn and what not. Those leaves become storage units for the plants waste (i.e. too much nutes) I do not trim any leaves for any reason as they are there for a reason. You not trimming your fingers off because you cant finger roll. get it? I recently started my first grow, currently in end of week five flower, and had similar issues (along with heat stress to the tips) and watched a couple leaves suffer. minor casualty for a great plant. Also, if the leaves are decaying, like cloning, you want to clip those leaves immediately. I hope this helps. am subscribing to the thread.
