First grow, help! lol

So Im growing some plants outside. And i was wondering if i could use plain dirt and just add fertilizers to it cause im broke as can be right now
but i defiantly want to get a grow in this season but cant get my wallet on any soil.
I was thinking maybe throw some gravel and hay into the dirt but should i expect a shitty yeild without good soil?

yea if I were you I would save your lunch money each day and not eat lunch at skool and buy soil.

^lol Yeah man I would save my pennies and get some soil. You can get some fox farm ocean forest for pretty cheap. It will do

Go get a bag of cheap soil for homedepot...mix it with the soil from the hole you dig...there you go...way better than just straight into the ground...cheap solution.

I used some cheap-o soil on a few of my plants last year and had really good results but I added extra goodies to it. you can get everything you need for 20$ a hole easy.

Thanks for the response guys (guys lol) but I will take a visit to home depot and see what they got there for me. And as for all the fox farm soil they only sell those online right ? (or was that jus a dumb question hah)

Go to your local hydroponics store and get a bag of ROOTS ORGANICS or FOX FARM OCEAN FOREST for about $10 a bag. Either will do, I personally like roots cause it's got coco fiber in it. All you can get at home depot or lowe's is soil with slow release nutrients. thats not what you want, you want some all organic. Good luck on the grow.
