Looks outdoor? I would transplant to like a 20 gallon fabric pot if I was you. If you are outdoor they will flower when its time to flower.
So you are saying I should transplant now? How about pruning the leaves that get no light and getting brittle?
I grow it outside 12 hours then bring it in under LED light for 6 hours.
Im going to flower outside on a 12-12 cycle.

I second the big pot. If you’re going to flower it outside I say at least 25 gals. Five is simply too small for outdoors imo. What are you using for light deprivation outside. Personally I just let outdoor plants ride and let them do their thing when they do it.

I might stick to a 5gal and maybe 7 or 10 gal. I don't want it to be too big.

Yes to the transplant and the pruning is up to u. I like to "prune" my girls I hate trimming small buds. not sure where u r at but here in cali they won't start flowering till August. U could do light depo. I just let them go full season. Good luck on ur first go she looks happy!

Use the bigger pots ( at least ten gallons but I would go bigger) as has been suggested.

For the love of God don't flush your plant.

You don't need to prune any leaves either. The old ones will dry up and fall away eventually.
And if you don't want it to get too big ( well that just sounds ridiculous,,, I'm assuming you mean tall) just keep bending and breaking (LST, supercropping) her.
And if you can, just leave her outside. But if you want to flower soon. It will need to be inside.
Good luck friend! And nice looking plant!
