first grow, how are they going? with pics

hey these started sprouting about 4 days ago now but some only in the last 24 hours, anyway from what you can see how do you think they are going? im reli just looking for some advice as this is my first grow. im using 2x 150w mh lights and a 18w fluro in a wardrobe. if anyone has any suggestions please let me know as im definately open to some help and support.

hey bud-dy, lots of research for you to do on what lighting will be best for you, just keep reading and looking shit up, for one, you should thin out the weak looking sprouts in each cup that has more then one sprout, you will notice that some will grow faster then others (i assume you are using bagseed) take those and group them together, the fastest growing ones from the same strain are usualy males, but is not always true, that fluro wont do much good in veg at all, in my opinion cfls (daylight) would work better. those mh will get hot, you want to try to keep it around 75degrees in there, like a not so hot summer day, ill answer whatever i can for you but if you are like me and money is an issue it could be tough, ill tell you how to get around alot but one thing you cant skimp on is lights and soil, if your lights are right and your soil and temp are right they will grow, how well they will grow is up to you

yeh its just bagseed, im waiting on 4x 23w cfl's to arrive which will replace the fluro and possibly the mh's until the plants are a little bigger. the soil i have is just some seed raising mix i got from a local store, i have just a normal fan blowing in at the moment but its not in the photo, what would you recommend for cooling? and yeh as you can tell by my highly sophisticated setup i dont have alot of money haha. thanks for the grouping tip too i'll definately do that and see how it goes.

yeah im in the same boat with the money aspect, i got a few AC fans from an old computer that i gutted and put a couple in my room with an outside thermometer. what kind of room are you working with? i only have a closet that is 3x3ft wide x4ft tall, if you have the same type of space then u might look into "LST" or "SCROG" growing....it will maximize the space you have to work with especialy if height is an issue like what i have. i also noticed that you have alot of cups and other things on the sides.....keep it simple as you can because one plant can take up all of that space if you let it. but dont just go hucking your seedlings (some will come up better then others) and do as much research as you can....i usualy go to u-tube or type my question in the yahoo search and it brings me here lol.....the tip on faster growing males is pretty good, ive always done that and havent had a male 3 out of 3 times, and that was just leaving one to chance when i was done because i cant have more then 2 plants in my area.....best of luck and ill always answer anything i can, cause i was in your shoes about 2 years ago and im still learning things daily!!!!!!!!
