First grow (hydro) need foxfarm nuts advice

Guys I have a very simple question - should I follow the included hydro feeding schedule or not? I have read a lot of posts that say nothing for 2 weeks....is this right? The FF schd. calls for nutes from week one....
Seeds get here in like 3 days.... help please!

i would use just a 1/8th strength dosage @ week 2.

use some seedling nutrient solution like clonex the first week it has root growth stuff in it to help the seedling grow a healthy root system.

get some more advice though as im not really a hydro guy

only go up to half strength (and then more if YOUR PLANTS NEED MORE!! very important) things should be alright, like stated above wait till week 2
