First Grow Item list!

Hey everyone, I wanted to post up what I am doing to prepare for a first and final grow of this year as I am doing a quick auto flowering attempt. So here goes. I bought 3 LR2XAK47 seeds auto flowering feminized from Attitude seedbank. I will let you guys know when/if I get it. I also purchased Miracle-Gro® Garden Soil for Flowers & Vegetables. The NKP was around .15 - .1 - .15 so i thought it would be fine and won't 'burn' my seedlings. I also bought to bottles of fertilizer for the veg and the flowering, the veg one is 8-7-6, and the flowering is 10-15-10. I plan on planting the seeds all within a foot or so to eachother? Not sure because they are auto flowering and are supposed to be small. What am I missing, tips, and comments are wanted!

Oh, what information? umm its gonna be outdoors, in the east coast ma? anything else?

I'd throw in your choice of insect deterrent (vegetable or food grade), and animal deterrent as might be needed for your area.

man, all u need for a good outdoor grow op is some pots(u can grow like 10 or so in a 10 in. pot till transplant once they have 3 true nodes or so). all ive ever used is miracle grow, ive never had problems. Just transplant all of them in the ground spaced 6 feet apart for maximum root growth.When u transplant, mix the ground soil(unless super shitty) with the miracle grow in a 50/50 ratio. I would suggest tilling up the ground like 2-3 ft. below where ur putting a plant. And u should get some sort of screen for scrog, or just use some metal wire or string and do low stress training all of veg. U don't really need fertilizer to have good yield or good quality bud. Ive grown bagseed with this method and had bud that took .1 for a blaze, not to mention reaked of funk so bad i had to triple bag to dent smell. Oh, but u should mist the leaves with a sprayer also. and that is all u really need to do, jus be weary of animals, they've prolly fucked me outta 30-40 plants

this guy above is stupid .. dont plant them all in one pot at first and u dont got to space them 6 feet apart ... just git your self some 1 gallon pots and plant 1 in each git some good soil do some reaserch ... get your self some good nutes if u wanted u really dont need them but its always a plus ... thats all u really need and water of course ... mainly all u need is a good soil and sun ...

10 plants in a 10 inch pot come on bro . lowryders spaced 6 feet apart now thats a little stupid if u ask me ... dont get all butt hurtin cause i called u stupid

Is this a guerilla grow or are you going to be checking on them often? This year I started my seedlings in jiffy pellets cause it was easy to move to my guerilla garden, planted in FFOF soil and let them grow. Also would advise not using nutes on the seedlings. Spacing should be 3 feet or more if you have the room in your garden

first, it'll be right outside my house. I live in private area, so I don't have neighbors. Thus I can check up on them every few days, maybe once a week. Also about the planting/transplanting etc.: My process was gonna be germinate using the paper towel method. I practiced with 17 bag seed and I got 11 or 12 of them to germinate so I think it works fairly well? As for the soil, I am going to prepare my site by mixing the organic soil I bought, then plant the seedlings right inside the soil. Is that best method? Or should I do the gallon container then transplant? Are nutes nutrients by the way?

Oh about those deterrents, are those necessary? What kind of deterrents should I look at? I haven't given that any thought to be honest...

It might work planting straight in ground, but in my personal experiences, every time ive ever planted a seed straight in the ground germed or not, it hasn't come above soil. But ive never had it not come above soil in a pot, i would just grow several in a pot then transplant, jus dont let them grow too long in the pot, u wanna grow them together while the roots are still growing straight down and not branching out

Oh. How big of a 'pot' does it have to be? For example...could put the purchased soil in a dasani 20 oz bottle? or is that too narrow of a 'pot'?

if ur only tryin to grow one, ive put as many together as 10 in like a 10 inch pot, just transplanted them after a few weeks of growin straight into the ground.

Like someone else said don't start more than one in one pot.

With lowryders especially they like to have a long tap root to start out with so starting them in a deep container is a good idea. Might as well start them in their final container.

If you're planting in the ground I'd still start in a deep container and when it gets established transplant like any other. Try not to let it get anywhere near
'rootbound'.

if it grows down and not out, then how do u figure puttin multiple ones in a pot will affect it in a week or so

Having ten in a ten inch pot would make it much more likely you would damage the root system of one, some, or all when transplant time comes.

Okay. I think I will try one LR in a water bottle cause I sorta have to do a semi-stealth grow. So if I were to plant one, would I cut off the top so it has a bigger opening? Also, how long should I keep it the bottle before transplanting into the outside soil?

wait till it grows a few true nodes

alright. i don't have a lighting system specific for cannabis, so if I were to use lamp light for the first few days of growth would that affect it at all? If so, longer the better? Since its autoflowering I don't think it would hurt if the number of hours of light changed when I plant outside, or will it?

put it outside for the whole process or inside for the whole process, u don't wanna confuse ur plants between indoors and out. bad idea
