First Grow Journal, 4x4 tent, seeking advice

Hey so I got 5 seedlings started under a couple cfls, they're about a week old. My question is what's wrong with the color/shape of my seedlings' leaves? One grew into one of the bulbs and severely damaged it's cote leaves. I topped it today just to see if it could recover. I got the humidifier dumping on them because it's the only way I can keep the humidity around 60-65%. I'll post pics of the setup, got an inkbird controller coming tomorrow along with glasses so I don't blind myself with the cmh, which I also plan to put up tomorrow. I'll take any advice y'all are willing to give on the setup, just can't really buy anything else at this time for it cause honestly tapped out for the moment spending-wise. Thanks everyone! <3

Edit: Forgot to say I'm using Fox Farm Happy Frog potting soil, no bites/amendments this far.

Way too young to think about topping them. I’d be surprised if it survives.

As you said it grew into the bulb, that’s what’s wrong. Even though they feel cool, they are hot to the touch. Especially for a young seedling.

I would just leave them and let it grow out. They are very delicate at this stage and should just be watered and left alone until they have 2 sets of true leaves. Leaves that look like real cannabis leaves.

Terribly sorry. I'm Using a 315w cmh Phillips 3100k 2.5 feet away. They've been thirsty as hell, receiving every day waterings in the morning. I blame it on my 8 inch terrabloom exhaust fan running at 5% still too much for the 4x4 xD might try some micronutrients foliar feeding in the morning. I still don't know what's wrong with that one mutant y'all can see, I was thinking light burn at first(cfl) but now I'm thinking genetics? Unless you guys have a better idea, let me know please. They're bigger than this atm I just haven't taken pictures in a couple days, maybe I'll update yall later tonight.

Sometimes young leaves will look goofy for one reason or another. I've had some look like that and they came out just fine. 315w is overkill for little plants, could be stressing them out. I reccomend a 2 foot 2 bulb t5

Thanks for all the replies! I realized I put this in the wrong forum, if a mod could swap it to grow journals I'd greatly appreciate it. Any who, I was anticipating transplanting heavily this week so that's why I waited to post. It went smooth, I ended up using like a 50-30-20 soil:Coco:perlite ratio in 3 gallon pots. Most of them look like they weren't phased by the transplant, the one with the weird leaves showed immediate droop afterwards. I foliar fed with low dose fox farm nutrients and forgot to water the seedlings earlier so I hit them with the juice early, we'll see what happens. Any suggestions well appreciated, I'm running my exhaust fan here and there waiting for the timer to get here. If I run it 24/7 it sucks out all my hard-earned heat and humidity! I plan to get an intake fan in the future to solve that dilemma and then probably build a mist maker after getting carbon filters. First time using Coco, I'm going to get dolomite lime pH down cal mag and probably some liquid kelp on top of it all. I'm open to any questions and comments so please leave one Thank you. @ Trambles it doesn't seem to be light burn and the 315 cmh has been doing me very well for both seedling and veg thus far, so im going to keep running it. It is at the very top of the tent atm, I'll adjust it down some after another week or I'll just add more seedlings.
