I'm going on day 5 on some new seeds, today I saw the first sign of green on one of them
The one bagseed I had going took the longest to sprout and to grow compared to the others but now its keeping up.
Patients is key, tomorrows another day.

I took the seeds in the paper towels and put them in moist soil. they all 4 had taproots and I didn't want them to start to rot so I took them out of the highly wet environment! Now I have 6 in soil. Hope they all come up...

They will, just say my second one comeout today.
Another idea, if you dont already know. put ziploc bags over your cups. Make a little humidome, keeps the humidity nice and high for them.
the pots i use for my seedling come with a cover, works great and i found them at the dollar store.

Also it has alot to do with how deep you planted them, they dont need to be planted deep. I know a lot of people who just poke a hole in the soil with a nail or chop stick and then poke the seed in tap root down with the seed cap basicaly resting level with the top of the soil. so kinda sticking out. then go from there. I personaly wait untill they have about a half inch tap root then doo the same except i do put some soil on top, about a cm on top. If you planted them any deeper than an inch then you might not ever see anything. But if not just give it about a week and a half from the day they were planted, if still nothing.. its probably not going to grow.

I've got bags over em right now. I also didn't plant them very deep at all just enough to barely cover them. I splashed just a tad of water on them covered them and put them under light. I'm only on day 3 in the soil though so I'm certain I'm too excited.

Should my medium be soaked or moist. Right now it is moist and bouncy and I add a splash of extra water to the area where the seed is every other day.

moist, you already have the tap root. The roots should search for moisture.they also need air for the roots, when its soaked theres no room to breath. Plants do better in a drought then in a flood. I just spray the top of the soil keep it humid an soil moist.

You should have sprouts showing soon then. Mine came up in two days, but i did let them get like a half in or longer tap root before putting them in the soil. This may be why mine always pop up so much faster.

I put mine is as little nubs to be honest. I'm seeing a bit of one I'm sure they will pop out tomorrow or the next day but I'll wait 1.5 weeks to throw anything out. Maybe longer. I don't want to give up on my babies! I mean my mom didn't give up on me and look what I've became! Me and her are best friends and her basement will always be home! (Joke)

Right now it's looking like 5/6 have popped up. One of them is already really long. Should I take the ziploc off of that little fellas cup? Or could I make it till lunch time @ work (6.5 hours)?

you should lower your light so it does stretch to far, but leave the bags on until you see a pair of new leaves not the cotyledons

There is a hull (think thats the word) on top of it. Should I take that off with some tweezers or no?

Well that little fucker has reached it's way to the top of the bag. and the bag is touching the light (it does have a casing) is it cool to just let her ride it out and make leaves or should i do something? and if I do something what would that something be lol?

Soon as I see it break through the ground I remove the plastic cover.

it will fall off naturally, or if its hendering the growth after lets say 2-3 days I would then remove it.

Remove it, and bring the lights to about 2-3" inches within the plant, also get some air blowing directly on them but not to strong just enough to make them shake.

Id take that bag off, keep your lights a close as you can, judge with your hand, if its even slightly to warm for your hand it is for your seedlings too. Also if they stretched you may wanna get a small very low powered fan to blow on the stems to keep them from stretching any more and it will thicken the stem.
