First Grow [Journal of my adventures lol]

it's been a while since I've posted again. my plants seem to be growing fine despite 2 of the leaves are turning yellow and falling off. i think its natural though, although the leaves have very small yellow dots and 1 of the tips are slightly yellow
one of my plants is growing retarded (uneven and deformed) and im sure u can guess which one it was (for ppl who dont wanna guess, it's the one that I dropped lol).
i wont lose hope though i'm pretty sure that it'll surprise me such as being a female and producing massive buds
or something cool.
in the pics u can sorta see these crystal like things on the leaves im not sure what those are but maybe they are small hairs or something (note: some of the shiny stuff on the leaves are water droplets from misting them).
i went to the site where i purchased the cannabis seeds and it said that special haze can be placed directly into flowering phase; should I switch lights to 12-12 now?
i also bought myself fertilizer (15-15-18 ) when should I use it?

alright guys im wondering about transplant. currently my plants are less than 4" in height and the cups I'm using are currently 500mL. The roots have worked its way down to the bottom of the cup, but not it's not densely filled with it. is it okay to grow them in the cups right now? How long would you say I have till i definitely have to switch to big pots? also, the one that is looking good is sort of looking "down". is it because of underwatering? when I put my finger about an inch in, it's not really moist at all. i dont know how saturated the soil has to be.

im not an expert myself but i do believe that the plant with the lighter shade of green in the leaves is showing the new growth. the one that is darker is probably just stunned from being dropped. just wait and look for new growth. im sure they will be fine.
seems like i'm starting to post less as I go on growing...anyways I started to upgrade my plants by putting htem into what seems to be 6" diameter circular pots with holes on the bottom.
I started the 12/12 lighting even though my plants are barely 3 inches tall. the seedbank said this strain was able to be placed in 12/12 lighting as soon as it rooted. they also said that this plant grows very tall (no actual numbers given though), so i'd be very surprised if it even grew past 2 feet.
a day ago my plants were looking sad as usual, but I started giving it nutrients (15-15-1
and amazingly today they looked so healthy and upright. even the one that looked retarded was growing faster than before.
i'm thinking about scrogging and lsting, to limit the height while getting a lot more yield but I'm not sure as of yet. i upgraded my box by adding some tin foil (using the non shiny side) as well, hopefully to increase spread enough light around.
im just wondering if the pots i'm using will be good enough or will I have to switch to a bigger pot? I honestly don't have any room to fit it in my growbox as of right now, but if I will have to upgrade i might as well get a bigger box as height would be a problem too.
