The mold and the look of your plant are no coincidence. You are over watering your plant. As in
watering too frequently, if you've been watering that pot completely through every other day that is
definitely too frequent. It should be like every 4th day at the most with a plant that size.

So I cranked the heat in my room and this morning she wasn't drooping as much. Is the discoloration on her leaves from the soil releasing too many nutes? I attatched a new picture from this morning. Definitely not drooping as much as when I went to sleep last night but her leaves are still discolored.

You can transplant to bigger pot, she needs to dry out a lil, and no flushing the soil that has nutes all ready as it will just put more out for the plant
Agreed. I had suggested the flushing before I realized the soil was fertilized with time released nutes.
