First grow, leaves folding in like a taco

Hi all
first grower here

Plants were started from seed and now are about 5 weeks old and are in their smart pots.

Im using organic super soil (http://www.growweedeasy.com/organic-super-soil)

I have been going about 4-5 days between watering. Last week i just watered them and then the next day we got a huge amount of rain.

Now the plants are looking like taco leaves. Is this just from the excess water?

My well water is PH 6.4-6.5 everytime i test it.

Should i be concerned?

Looks healthy to me. She's just taking in all that sunlight.

What he said. Your leaves can't use all that light so they are angling themselves so the light hits them at an angle.
