FIRST GROW LED + 1000hps NEED HELP!!!

Ok, so this is my first post during my first grow. I have approximately a 63"x63"x7' grow space where I'm putting 6 plants in deep water cultures and SCROGGING them. I germinated 3 regular Tahoe OG kush seeds, 1 fem Tangerine Dream, 1 fem Exile, 1 fem Super Lemon Haze, and 1 fem Pineapple Chunk on December the 14th in the evening. I checked them after a couple of days and the OG strains were about 2" turned inwards on themselves, the Pineapple Chunk was about 2" straight up, and the rest have done nothing. I spent all my money on these damn 357 magnum LED lights and Advanced Nutes, so I didn't go buy a book. I know, I know.... So I made the huge mistake of transfering the peat plugs to the DWC's under the vegetative selection on the 357 Mags with the amount it said to put in the water, which I was unaware was WAY too much. I figured this out within 12 hours and removed them from the nutes and replaced it with tap water. Two of the OGs died and one is in critical condition, but the P.C. is growing like a champ. So, since I can pretty much count on losing my OG strains, I went ahead and started germinating Pink Plant, Monster, Strawberry Cough, and Arjan's Ultra Haze #1 on the 18th. Strawberry has already made a little .5 cm root so I transplanted it into the peat plug and the Exile popped out about 2" so this time instead of putting in the DWC, I put it under light with a lid in a little take-out bowl from some restaurant to germinate. At what point should I start giving them 1/4 nutes and for how long? When do I switch to 100% nutes? Do I have to increase gradually? I have sensi grow 2part. I plan on running the two 357 Mag lights adjacent to the 1000w hps at about a 35 degree angle towards them, but I've heard that much light will damage my seedlings so I'm just running the LEDs right now on the vegetative spectrum. At what point can I hit them with the HPS? Also, I have a Magnum XXXL hood and it has a glass cover. I bought a 635cfm in-line fan and I've been told it's better to pull the air out rather than blow it in, but I was counting on that fan to keep my room cool. Unfortunately, my hood has a glass cover and all the air flow is going to be contained in the hood and ducting. Should I remove the glass or just buy another fan for the room? I have a couple oscillating fans blowing on my seedlings because I was told that helps them become stronger, but I don't think that is sufficient. Especially when I start the HPS. What's the best way to keep it cool in there? Lastly, I have one of those CO2 boosters for a single cycle and I was wondering when I should start putting that on my babies? I have a hanna ph/tds meter and I'm going to start checking everything twice a day starting tomorrow. My pineapple has it's first little pair of serrated leaves and I was planning on starting the 1/4 nutes tomorrow. Any other critical info for a noob with no book or experience would be awesome! Thanks :)

Couldn't be asses reading all of it man sorry it's to early but from why I gathered
, you cN put the hps on them at any time along as there about 3 weeks old

Oh nd don't Put. A fan blowing on them directly yet causes wind burn while there so young, good ventilation is the key to controlling heT.

definate going to need that fan to cool down the HPS alone. Suck the heat from the hps to outside your grow room. Just get some oscilating fans to get some air movement.

Awesome. Thanks everyone. Should I wait a couple weeks before starting the CO2 or should I begin that immediately? And how long do you feed the seedlings @ 1/4 nutes?

A week on qtr, a week on half, a week on 3 qtr slowly build up to full strength. Or if you have a ppm metro u can tell exactly how much u can give to your baby

I have a ppm meter, but i have no clue how to use it... :/ my tap water is around 350 and i have the sensi 2 part.
Yeah my tap water is 350 also, you want to start feeding your plant 200ppm of nutes, but considering your tap water is 350 you have to take into thought how much of that is useable dissolved nutrients, we don't know this so i generally half my tap water's ppm and apply it to the ppm of nutes i'm using. In your case to achieve 200ppm you would aim for a ppm of 375.

Each following week just add 75 extra ppm of nutes until you eventually hit 1400~ this where you want to take it slowly and find out your plants maximum threshold. Your plant should be atleast half way through flowering by this time.

I don't use nutrients to germ seeds. Just distilled water. Your seedlings require very little nutrients while establishing the tap root. If you like, use a seaweed tea or clonex to encourage root growth. Don't worry about foliage during the first week or two. After the roots are established, they will pop with leaves. Good luck!
