First Grow lighting and ventilation help 4x6

Hey all,
So I'm starting my first grow room in my unfinished bathroom in the basement, I am the only one that goes down there so I figured it would be a good start. I am going to use the hydro drip system with the biggest reservoir I can fit in the room which is 4x6. It looks like a very good spot to get at least 2 or 3 plants, but here is where I need some help. What kind of lighting should I use? Should I get a smaller light and use reflectors on the walls? Also some ventilation tips so my house don't reek (house already reeks of cigs)

I have almost the size room for flowering. I use 600 Watt HPS light with reflective 2mm Mylar on all the walls on the room? To hide the smell, a 560 cfm exhaust fan with a carbon filter running through the reflective hood to the outside of house. Be sure to have an inline fan for good air exchange.
P.S. cigarette smoke is bad for your lady's. i can't wait to see the grow

GOOD LAMP FOR GOOD YIELD! Use 200-250 watt CFL for 3-4 plants it will be perfecto grow! then in flowering go with 600w HPS to finish them.I got with this set-up 686grams..ventilation the more air the better in the buckets and in the basement.
