First Grow, Looking good, Need RIU feedback

RIU! I am a first time closet grower and getting first time growers syndrome. Most of the plants are healthy, but our oldest plant is showing droopy leaves and isn't growing up anymore or maybe it is going to be a short bushy plant idk, but there are new leaves growing daily.

Transplanted: First 2 April 15th
Setup: 2x4 white painted -- height 6ft
Lighting: 6 100w cfl -- 1-5 inches away
Strain: Bag Seed
Flowering: Veg for 10-12 days
Soil: Miracle grow/Perlite Mix N .21 / P .07 / K .14
Watering Schedule: Twice every day, soil gets dry quickly. I use 3/4 sports water bottle daily.
Nutes: None
pH: Looks like I am going to need a kit
Temps: Avg: No Thermometer, but the room is noticeably warm
Schedule: 24/0

No questions, I want to nip any problems in the bud.

Tell me if I am over anxious/worrying. Honesty is the best policy.

Bertha has the dark green leaves.
Peter has the light green leaves.

p.s. Turned Bertha around and a tiny tip of one leaf is light green/yellow :/

Yea, sounds like you are worrying a bit much. I know how it is. How much are you watering?

Ok, I read it again and saw how much you are watering. Try and hold off on that a bit. I think twice a day is probably to much.

NOT 100w cfl's if they are TRUE 100w then they are prob too close
