First grow Low rider Nirvana

This my first time so i decided to go with a quick strain Low Rider. I germinated three of them Saturday(march 5th) and are now placed in miracle grow seed starter pot mix. Also i have 2 23watt cfl's shinning directly above them. Also I'm watering them through charcoal water filter to remove chlorine and junk. Any criticism is welcome. I also have 2 other cfls should I add them now? I restrained from adding the other 2 cfl bulbs with the precaution that it might burn up the little seed.

Also if you can notice the pods are just above the surface, is this a good thing? The smaller seed in the germination pic was just bag seed and threw it in there for the hell of it (never germinated)
