Yeah I really think tomorrow they will need another watering. Here are some pictures I took a little earlier tonight. I swapped the position of the plants so blue mystic is left now and masterkush is on the right.

I actually made a few modifications to the plants after these pictures were taken. I cut of the very lower fully dead leaves with sterilized scissors and continued to snip of the tips of the bigger lower leaves on the master kush. Hopefully this promotes growth in more important areas.

i made the soil mix then transplanted at 3 weeks into a 64 oz container (i think)

yours leaves are much bigger than mine in that 2nd 3 week picture. Mine is the same age at that time what a difference. I cant believe how well the blue mystic responded to the nutes. She has actually gotten bigger fuller leaves then the master and is 3 or 4 days younger and really started off slow. Here are pictures from this morning 12 hours after I made a few cuts to the leaves. Looks like everything is going good.

They are really starting to look like weed plants now its pretty cool. I really want to maximize the tent space that I have.

Should topping, or LST'ing happen soon? Would love some opinions on that because I have no idea where to start. I know the methods and whats involved, just like some input, thanks

first pic was at 2 weeks, second pic was at 3 weeks and then next two pics were taken on the same day, at the 4 week mark, so yours isnt that far off.

your girls are fed, not they should grow, as long as you water em!

The light cycle started an hour and a half ago, yesterday they had no water and the day before was their feeding. Im thinking I will wait until 2-3 hours before the light switches off to give them a nice watering before they go to sleep. That would give them almost 2 full days to stretch their roots.

hey bro, we like to water in the morning so they actually put the water to use :) also it helps prevent root rot or root fungus, which is why all farmers water in the am.

Really see this is what I was wondering. Anyone I know with a garden water at night so they get sun during the day and water during the night to really maximize their growth as well as make sure the soil doesn't dry up because of the sun versus roots. But I always thought water and light at the same time would give the best energy. Because of my schedule I usually water A.M but today is saturday so I could water whenever.

thats true, if we wake up too late its a waste to water in the hot afternoon sun, but in your very controlled grow op. the best bet would be an am watering. it doesnt really matter that much though, itll be there for her tomorrow "morning" :)

i do know that the calvin system and photosystems 1 and 2 need h2o, co2 PLUS light energy to operate properly

Yeah ok AM watering seemed best to me but I was told from nonna's and parents watering there vegetables around 6-8pm was their prefered method. I ended up watering them just now with 710ml coke bottle distributed between the two.

haha could be. Here are some pictures from just a bit earlier this morning right when the lights turned on. The stems on these guys especially the master kush seems very strong and stalky for their age/height. The masterkush grows so nice its unbelievable, just like a mini christmas tree. My blue mystic is growing on an angle due to a poor transplant. Couldn't get it straight so now it grows a little closer to the rim of the pot and bends upwards.

Yesterday they ran dry and the day before that was just water. Should they get nutes today or more water? or maybe half and half? I still have 1/4 mixture of nutes from first feeding day.

i would feed them that 1/4 mix, they look great! i hope those blue mystic leaves stay nice and thin for you.

OK so I fed them and I also sliced off a few cheap leaves and branches at the bottom of the blue mystic then I figured I'll try topping it so I did that too. Hopefully all goes well. Didn't do anything to the masterkush but I would like to really get the most out of this grow space.

looks right! you removed the entire stalk right? now those two growths in the crotches will become the new heads. it really didnt make my plant any shorter lol, just grew differently. ive been pulling 30-35 grams per plant though, and ill know soon if topping increases yield cause im pulling entire blackout kush soon! the two tops are currently drying

Yeah I went for the whole stalk and just for shits I put the lower branches I cut off into rooting solution and placed in moist soil then in a little dome. Hopefully I can get them to root that would be pretty cool. Your blackout looks super sticky let me know how that turns out.

thanks, it really is sticky. i love the composition of the trichs, mostly cloudy and barley any clears or ambers. that how you know it wasnt too stressed.

your cutting should root, especially since it was from the top of the plant where the most growth hormones are. keep her covered and humid for a week.

The top cutting was very small didn't look to well a few hours later but the bottom cuttings I took looked like crap 3 hours later but 6 hours later started perking up a little.

ok 5his is a good experiment. keep both under the same conditions please. a humidity dome with a little exhaust and maybe an intake on the other side opposite the clingwrap or dome LOL

never was too good at cloning. i tried soil though..was difficult. i wish i had a rockwool cube

haha wait until you see my "humidity dome". Its 830 lights go on at 930 illl have some pictures posted soon. Got work off today so I guess Ill watch the plants grow instead. I wanted to get little plugs or rockwool cubes for the clones but yesterday was canada day and I thought today I was gonna work so I just cloned into soil. This is probably the hardest/slowest way but still fun to experiment.
