first grow need advice

this is my first grow.went with white widow seeds from nirvana.germed on dec 9 took 2 days 2 sprout .moved 2 plastic dixie cups 4 a couple weeks until i could see roots at bottom.tansplanted in big containers with fox farms soil .putem under 400 hps wow they took off but last couple days growth has slowed and i thought they be taller.about three weeks into grow .. i water every three days fox farms grow big nutes every other water, lights 18 -6 any help greatly app

i dont think your pictures are working so you should try fixing that, that way we could actually see what your plant looks like :]

When you put them in big pots right away its not good. What happens is the roots start to grow close to the pot insted of through the soil. They never develope a good root system. Instead of watering every three days you should water when they need water. Pick the pots up after you water and feel how heavy they are. When they feel light when you pick them up its time to water. Cut back on the nutes too. Over feeding causes deficencys. I dont feed till they are three weeks old and I only go 1/4 strenght tops. Then I go about 1/2 strenght through flower. I add sweet and calmag to my nutes to help prevent deficecys after they are 3 weeks old. If you use tap water add pond water detox and adjust ph to 6.0. The detox removes all the bad stuff and you dont have to wait 24hrs either. You can use right away.
