Ok so heres the deal i have 4 plants total. 3 of them are in the organic miracle gro mix, and the last one is in the garden soil mix. when my first planted my seedlings i used the garden soil then 2 weeks after i repotted them in to their 3 gallon pots but i kept 1 as an experiment in the non organic mix. its been a week since i moved them to the new soil and the only one the didnt stop growing was the one in the garden soil the other 3 in the organic soil are the same size they were a week ago. and their botton leaves are starting to fall appart kind of.
so my question was since its obvious why they stopped growing is there any way i can transplant them to new soil? and save them? i tested ph with this crappy walmart tester and they were both at about the same. so i dont know i just want them out of that soil but i dont know if i will end up disturbing the roots to much. i could really use some advice please! dont wanna lose my babies :[

this is the good soil
this is the bad soil, also came with little bugs. AVOID THIS SOIL(unless you know wtf youre doing)
