First Grow need help

So since the light seems such a big issue, i did some more research and i found this.

I found the same product just not from ebay.
Any thoughts on this particular light bulb? ? ?

Looks like a decent bulb but I am not an LED man. Grab a couple 42 watt CFLs and be done with it. I veg under lower wattage than I flower, I think that's fairly common. At 4 weeks I bump up the lights by about 50% more wattage. I too run microgrows, but never less than around 130 watts per plant in flower.
