ya it would if thats what you had to do..however one at bottom also would be best.. i say this because your plant need plenty of carbon dioxide, as they can use up to 5 times more than naturally occurring in the air..i would not say you need a carbon dioxide system for your size space but i would sagest putting an intake fan at the bottom so that they can at least have the maximum amount of fresh air(carbon dioxide) possible.
