first grow need tips PLEASE

I started plants with HPS 150 watt light and just added another HPS 150 watt light at 4 weeks. I am using. I started using Flora Nova Grow after 1st week every other day and at 3 weeks I added Floralicous Plus and Florablend and I am adding nutrients 2days then water one day. the plants are about 14" and bushy. I was told they are OG Kush seeds and the appear to be a Indica/sativa blend 50/50. The lights are about 10" above the plants and the plants are growing in a gallon container right now. The leaves are curling under a little and one plant has a leaf with a yellow center with a hole in it. Any tips would help. I also have silver reflective material on all walls of 3x3 area with a small fan on low.

Well. HPS are best for flowering. MH lights are best for vegging.

How old are the plants? One or two leaves yellowing is something that happens.
What are your temperatures at plant level? If they are above 90, they you are going to want to either cool things down to mid 80s, or supplement with CO2.
I personally use flat white as my reflective surface. There are no hot or dark spots, its a pretty even bright white.
I am not familiar with the nutes you are using, so i can offer no suggestions.

the nutes I am using are from General Hydroponics and the temps are in the mid to upper 70's

a yellow hole in the center sound like you might have got a drop of nutes on it when watering.

Bigger containers should be on the list of things to do... do over fert and dont over water...

thanks also they are just over 4 weeks from seedling not just from veg. state. How tall should they be on average before I start to flower or should I just wait until they show sex?

Are you growing with hydroponics or soil? You wont see the sex of your plant for a while still. I personally cannot tell the difference between a male and a female until they have been flowering for a couple weeks, and even then, sometimes im not sure.
