First Grow: Plant has Webbing on top (Spider Mites?)

First off this is my first post and I want to thank everyone who has contributed to this forum. It has helped me get my grow up and running. Up until today I have been happy with how things are going.
I purchased some seed from mjseedscanada.com and have been growing them in a grow tent for 28 days. I just switched to flowering last night and have some pre flowers showing on my largest plant. Today I was looking closer at the pre flowers and noticed some webbing on the top of this plant, none of my other plants have webs on them. I have not seen any specking on the leaves and was caught totally off guard by this. I took a look under the leaves and cannot see anything out of place. There is a bit of yellowing on the leaves but I attributed this to a nutrient problem. Can anyone confirm that this is indeed caused by spider mites, I have been researching around and cannot see any other reason for these webs. Also I am pretty sure these are male pre flowers but I just want to get some confirmation before I rip him out.

I don't see the webs. You need to take pics in daylight or blue light. Hps makes it hard to see.

You definitely have something going on. Your leaves look crinkled or damaged.

What are you temps and humidity? How close is your light?

Here is a closeup of the areas that I'm seeing the webs (hope it helps). You can see the light reflecting off of what i think are webs. My temps have been steady around 78-82 degrees. Last night was the first time I have had my lights off but the temperature probably got to about 70 degrees. I do not know what my humidity is at, I do not have a humidity meter. My light is about 1 foot above the plant. It is a 150 watt hps, I also have a 400 watt metal halide and a 70 watt hps in the same room. The rest of my plants (except one) are quite a bit healthier.

And Welcome to RIU!!!

thanks for the link! I do not seem to have any other symptoms of spider mites other than the small amount of Web at the top of the plant. I'll keep a close eye out for any other symptoms. I pulled this one out of the grow tent and will chop it down tommorow since it's male anyways.
I planted twice as many seeds as I require to flower so even if half of them are male I'm still in a good position. I have one more sativa dominant plant that I hope is female.
