First Grow, please help

The spotting on one plant could be early spider mites, check the under side of the leaf for those bastard dots. The other have light green leaves, new growth indication in most cases. Nothing a set timer and a controlled environment can't fix. I have got bad bags of happy frog with loads of spider mite eggs. Just something to watch for. Good luck

I checked under side of the leaves and no dots. I have the light on for 24/0 right now. Should I do 18/6? Any other input would be greatly appreciated.

They are sick,stunted and should have no yellowing. The reason is the soil they are in. Next time try some coco, this way you control the feeding, there is too much in that soil mix for babies.

in my opinion, it's the containers they are in as happy frog is good soil - the plants are suffering from watering issues/drainage issues. received some freebies in an order a while ago and tried those and the plants didn't like it and i too had to transplant them out of it. you shouldn't have yellowing at this stage of the game like what's showing up in your pictures.

ETA: agreed @GrowerGaz95 is correct and forgot to mention in my original post to reduce your light schedule from a 24-0 schedule. plants need to rest too.
