Hello rollitup community, so this will be my first grow and before i even start im trying to gather anything and everything ill need before hand.

So far i got potting soil, solo cups, reggie seeds, tea tree oil, and 2 CFL bulbs, my water is going to be from a water bottle.

I'm planning on planting 3-4 seeds, if u were to change Anything, (besides the seed) what would it be, n what else do i need, bout to go to walmart in say 3 hours tops to pickup the tea tree oil and a light timer. What else?

More bulbs :) For that Many plants, and it depends on the wattage, you will need more. Tap water is fine if you PH balance it first. Also:

PH Up/Down
Fan or two
PH Meter
Pots (Various sizes - for later)
A place to grow them
Carbon Filter - For when flowering starts, and even in Veg they can start to smell.
Nutrients (for later)

That's just off the top of my head, but I know there is more others will suggest

A lot more light. CFL's: I highly recommend a mixed spectrum, at a 3:1 ratio of 6500K to 3000K CFL's for veg, flower would be the other way around.

I use the 23W CFL's from the grocery store.

Rule of thumb...at least 100(real)W CFL's for one plant and an additional 50W or more for every extra plant.

Seedlings don't need a whole lot of light, but after they're established, for 4 plants, 300W of CFL's is reasonable.

CFL's work pretty good for veg, but for those dense big buds, I realyy suggest looking at HPS for your next flowering.

Good luck.

Hello Stranger.

I decided to comment when I saw someone say Tap water is OK to Use.
I disagree. Most cities put Chlorine or Clorimine in the water to kill any Good or Bad bacteria in the water. So if you are adding Nutes to your water you will have issues there. I suggest you invest $140 and get yourself a "Small Boy By Hydro Logic w/ the KDF Filter"- which is the only filter on the market that removes Clorimine

Also Tea Tree Oil???
do you mean Neem Oil.
Tea tree oil is a natural antiseptic ure what you plan on doing with it but don't feed it to your plant.
Unless there is something it's used for that I don't know of???

Proper PH is vital. Use a PH meter and keep it in range. Check your runoff from the pot at watering time. If it comes out at 7.0 you know it's 6.5
its always 1/2 way mark per pt as seen above.

Use
Silica- Pro-tek is great and inexpensive
Super Thrive i use it every watering during Veg

Good luck
hope this helps ya
