First Grow Questions!

My first grow ever! I've done some research and afterwards I decided to build my own box. It is 2 ft wide, 2 ft deep, and 4 ft tall. It was built from half inch pieces of wood. I caulked the entire thing. The door is lockable and has light and smell proof lining. It is lined in kevlar. The venting is duel 6 inch fans for intake. I've got a carbon filter with a fan for the output. I have 4 60w cfls 2500k bulbs and 4 60w clfs 5000k bulbs. One set flowering one set for vegging. I need to know what chems or food I need for the plants. Im gonna veg till they are around 12 inches then flower them. Is my box good enough for two beauties?

I guess it depends on what strains you are growing. Indica strains tend to stay shorter but can get bushy...again...that is strain and pheno dependent. 2ft can get pretty small on you pretty quick. Give it a shot and see what happens :-) I could see you doing one in there with no problem. I'm used to growing large bushy plants so its hard for me to invision 2 plants in such a small space but I suppose its possible.

Sounds like you are doing your research. The height is the only thing that scares me. If you train, you can keep them short and flower with much less than a foot.

You don't need the intake fans most likely. Passive works fine. What about something to blow on them in the box?

As for nutes, grow medium, etc post what you are pondering.

Im using some all natural soil that holds water very well. Im adding two small fans to blow on the plant. The strain is bag seeds from a bag of purp kush. Is that indica? Im actually open to suggestions on the nutes. Im not sure what to use?

Yes purple kush is Indica. I'm not sure if its pure indica or Indica Dominant but it is classified as a Indica.
