There's no windows, but can you add ventilation? 90 is not too bad if you add an exhaust fan. But where are you getting your fresh air for them? Plants need air!

i say a video on youtube shows a modified window unit ac. the guy build a housing with hvac pieces ang cardboard allowing the ac heat to be exhaust

He said he doesn't have windows. And I don't suggest window A/Cs. If it's always hot in there it'll run 24hrs a day and your neighbors may question it

well he can make it a6x6 roomwith pand film giving him a lung room . the window ac would be partailly in th rooom and vented to the lung room

I think the lung room and ac would be far more expensive to set up, not to mention electrical bill. VS good ventilation

Something like this is your best bet.

http://www.sunlightsupply.com/p-14497-ideal-air-dual-hose-portable-ac-12000-btu.aspx

Drill two 6 inch holes, in your wall or attic or whatever, pull some insulated ducting down through the one room, into your grow room, and hook up the two hoses to the two ducting hoses coming out of where ever.

The air flow from the other room operates the AC. It brings in cool air from the other room, runs it through your AC to cool it, and when it gets hot it sends it back up the other hose. So your effectively using the other room as a lung for your A/C. And the AC is cooling the air in your grow room without exhausting it outside. So if you are enriching your air with Co2, then your not exhausting it out the window with a window AC unit. It's all very efficient, but costs about $1 to run per day.

That or just cut a window out some dry wall, and frame it up for an AC unit. You could pay someone to do it, if you don't know how - I'm sure. Tell them you want a home office that has Air Conditioning. They will frame it up and install it for a price.

Good luck. IIRC, co2 isn't meant for 90+ temps. I keep mine around 82-84F. I think most people don't run temps above like 86-88F.

Also, your going to need a dehumidifier if your growing in a sealed environment. The moisture will have no where to go once transpiration occurs. You risk mold if you don't dehumidify.

Overall to do it right your looking at like $700-800 for ac and dehumid. And About $500ish for a simple regulated co2 setup ( like $200 for a monitor, $200 for a tank, $15 materials, $20 for a refill).

i read before that co2 was originally added into the growroom to combact high temps .the co2 opens the hole inthe leaves i think they are called stamina lol. anyway they suppuse to close at 85 deg without added o2 enrichment. but since the high temps does exist in your room u should think of ir blocker film if stelth is a must

What if I add like 4 fans? Would it cool it down?
Adding oscillating fans in the room will not cool it down, they will just stir the hot air around.

Can you cut a 6" hole in one wall? If so, and assuming your 1000W is in an air cooled hood, just add a 6" inline fan and ducting to your light fixture and suck or blow the hot air off the light, exhausting it into the rest of the garage. That would help a ton if not fix the problem entirely. However if you are in a place that gets real hot in the summer, once it gets hot outside, this won't do much for you. If your garage air is 90 you'll never get your room air less than that.

Can you open the door during the period when the light is on? that would help a lot.

Might also drop down to a 600W that would help.

Just some ideas.

I get serious temp lowering by just having a push fan in my window,
but I am thinking that this is not an option for you.

I think that I saw one of the posts above suggest venting into you attic
space. This will do as well, and fresh/cool air will be pulled in from the
cracks in the garage.

Good luck,

JD
