those poor poor sad looking things are mj sprouts? lol, Man you need to grow a bit more simple until you have a few grows under your belt. What your doing here is quite obviously NOT working, try putting your seed in soil, kinda like mother nature has done for thousands of yrs. After you figure that out, then go and fuk with nature and grow hydro and airoponic. just my thoughts??

You want some advice DIRT + WATER when you are on your first grow I don't care how much research you did or what you think you know its not the same as experience. Hydroponics is a method that takes experience, you are treating seedlings like the dummy from that Salinger book youre smothering them by petting them to death. Try Fox Farm soil the air pots are cool put the seedlings in the soil. Time and patience, 65w is not enough for 4 plants to veg get 5 more. Add water every 2-3 days 18/6 cycle there is food in the soil you don't need nutes till flower as a first grow don't over complicate things. I know you want 10 lbs of the dankiest but patience my young padawen,to crawl you must learn, before you walk. DIRT+WATER+LIGHT that's all in a month lst and a f.i.m. or topping technique for 2 more mos. then move it to the 600w and add nutes once a week during flower. That method will not fail you trust me you are not ready for hydro after about ten harvests then well talk DWC

By all means I just use CFLs cus they produce a lot less heat and are cheaper to run. I use my HIDs for flowering I run two 600w HPS good to see things are on the up and up. Just be patient they will grow try to find away to only check on them once a day Ive noticed the more time I spend fucking with them the more I fuck something up. If you need to start another setup and then that's done start another they'll get better every time.

Okay guys here is a update plus a few questions. Question 1: WHY THE HELL ARE MY PLANTS SO SMALL FOR 27 DAYS OLD COMPARE TO OTHERS DESPITE EXPERIENCE??. when i look at other 3 weeks old plants they're huge compare to mines plus when i read their topic, they only water them just like i am!. Q2: My LSD on MG started to show signs of something and the leafs are curving on the sides. what could that be???. Only been watering them every 2-3 days about 2 liters. No nutes added since MG contains nutes. Q3: When should i started adding nutes to my two LSD on MG, i feel like they havent grown much because i haven't added nutes. Q4: for my Acapulco Gold in coco. Is about 2 weeks old and i just tranplanted it yesterday, made a mistake and broke some roots off, how long till recovery. Droopy leaf indicates signs of over-watering but i haven't also to coco when should i started adding my Sensi Boom AB and how much nute. i was watering the 2 weeks old about 500ML clean no nutes ph 6. photo 1.jpgphoto 2.jpgphoto 3.jpgphoto 4.jpgphoto 5.jpgred.jpg

I'm really not qualified to advise on when to add nutrients to MG soil. If it is the variety that has time release ferts already in it, you are playing with fire by adding anything too soon. Just be patient with them and they will eventually take off.

Happy New Year! [1] Plants are small because the roots are being developed. Once the roots are stronger, the plant will probably grow more. [2] not sure. there is a book for marijuana problem solving. [3]You can start adding light nutes for roots and growth now. maybe 1/4 strength. [4] Acapulco Gold is a tough plant. I had all kinds of issues with it, but as soon as I put it in Flower (12/12), it took off. I only veg'd it for a little over 1 month. It is probably better to veg the Acapulco Gold for a couple months before flowering. Also, its a good idea to TOP the Acapulco gold, because it will get TALL. You should TOP it in a couple weeks, and let it VEG for another month or so AFTER you top it. Also, the AG takes a long time in flower, but I pulled my AG at nine weeks because most of the trichs were cloudy, and the buds were fat. I only ended up with a little over 1 ounce for the AG. This is why I recommend VEGGing it longer. The high is warm and uplifting. Makes you want to lift weights and run. Its like SPEED! - Your grow is looking good, just REMEMBER to be patient with the LADIES...you know they like it slow....

My plants were at like 2 weeks old still looking like little seedlings, I ended up transplanting them and the dirt they were in was warm, wet and smelt like sulfur or something. The soil wasn't drying out probably because i started little seeds in 3 gal pots but I've done it before with no problems so I don't know.

But yeah they loved their new homes and have been flourishing ever since.

Are you letting the soil dry out and not keeping it saturated all the time? That's really the only thing I can think of that stunted the growth of mine, the soil wouldn't dry out so it seemed like they were suffocating, as soon as they got put in a small container and doing the dry/wet cycle of watering they started growing again

the leaves are showing signs of nute burn that MG soil has a lot of fert in it your best bet is Fox Farm original or Ocean. I wouldn't add anything at all until you have 5 blade sugar leaves when they stutter like that its usually the root developing or you're using the force too hard. Staring at a plant stunts growth j/k it seems like it tho. Keep on the water ever time the pot feels light (best watering method) NO NUTES she's burnin! give it a flush let it dry out water for a week then cal-mag. If you tend to over nute and you cant help it buy organics they are forgiving as opposed to chemicals that have a quick release. Plus I look at it this way if its organic who's to say that a situation where the exact amount of nutes you fed to it wouldn't happen in the plants natural environment. Also try to keep everything on regiment exact times for watering, lights, and everything they like stability. After the cal mag in two weeks give them bio root and oh yeah start topping right now as soon as they get that size I top get em bushy you want short stout little octopus's good growing to ya

Dont use MG. Its bad for someone who cares about their plant.

The transplanted one will recover and start to flourish in about a week, dont worry. Give it a spray every now and then.

The other ones, you will see a lot more growth in the next few weeks. Just wait to add nutes until it shows signs of nitrogen deficiency. (yellowing leafs)

They look healthy, just be patient. I just had one of my gals jump 10 inches taller than the rest, im waiting for the others to catch up. It happens.

Omg Thank you so much. you have been helpful since the beggining on my first growth. i been writting things down lol. would you considered 3 months of flowering good for AG since you said you only got an ounch from 9 weeks?

When you say cal-mag. you mean add more cal-mag to the water? i been only using tap water which ph 6. so basically flush it ( add excessive amount of water slowly) then add cal-mag?

DrOctopus

Yeah but after you flush it, let it dry for a couple days cus all of that water will leave her logged and cause a droop, as it dries it will perk up and when its completely dry I mean bone dry then give it a good water with cal-mag not to much just a regular dose. make sure the new growth isnt dark green if It is you didn't flush enough too much nitrogen can fuck a plant up through its whole life I have 3 in flower that od'ed on nitrogen and they are serious development issues in the flowering stage

I'm not sure I understand your logic in flushing your plants. If it is a water soluble time release fertilizer, it won't do anything to flush them. Just water them normal is the safest way to keep them healthy at this point. Looking at your pics, they look fine to me and not needing nutrient or flush. Just my 2 cents.
