First grow setback

Hey guys, my first grow, three plants (unknown strain), indoor, under LED lights from China, Miracle Grow potting soil, watered daily with tap water (7.8 ph), 8 weeks old.

They were doing great until a few days ago when this condition began. Any ideas about corrective measures? Thanks.

What is the NPK? It closely resembles K deficiency. Also the nitrogen seems rich, usually MG is high in N and K, idk, try pH the soil. You can tell it is the tissue effected, not the veins, some tips appear burned/decayed and usually in older leaves, decay spotting.
