yea im actually doing some research on this right now. im thinking of using cfls for the seedlings but im having trouble figuring out the max wattage i can use

Most plants if taken care of properly should have a yield of 110 grams

but for real tho 2000 lumen per square foot min. which is 4 40 watt tubes in a 4x1 ft. space. so a 2x4 space is 8 40 watt tubes. or 10-15 23 watt cfl

seedling and clones do well in light under 3000 lumens per square foot
