First grow spot

OK, its 3:26 A.M. I just got inside from looking for a nice outdoor grow spot around my new house. The backyards huge and I found a couple of nice spots. Some spots are nice and hidden but don't seem like enough sunlight would hit the spot but other spots seemed open to the sun but they are in kind of around open spaces near the back-end of my backyard. I don't think anyone in my family would go look around the spots that get more sunlight but seem pretty visible if you go upclose. Which type of spot should I go for?

I ran inside after hearing something moving in the bushes. I rushed to my room and closed the door when I got to my computer I looked in the window and saw my reflection and it scared me half to death llol.

It's up to you, i'm a noob myself, but in my opinion i dont think its worth it if hardly any sun gets to your plants. Considering sun is one of the most important factor for growing herb and getting a decent yield.

If your reflection scared you, wait till you have a 6 foot stinky bush in your back yard. I also hope it's "your" backyard and not Mom and Dads.

They will know something is up because you will be going out there ALL THE TIME and you will also start a path. Dont grow at your parents house or on their property. Depending on the laws, they could possibly lose BIG TIME!

I'm sorry but I'm not trying to troll this forum just wanted some help and opinions from the pros. And the reflection was on my window behind my monitor

Yeah, I'm having a hard time believing this is serious. You dont need to edit a video to show us the spot...

But... If you are serious about this, #1 is it is too late to do any real outdoor growing this year, unless you have some established clones or something. So plan on starting next April or May, that will give you some time to prep everything.

Find a spot that gets at least 4 hours of direct sun. Dont assume this, watch the spot for a day and time when the sun starts hitting the spot and when it stops. Next decide if you want to plant in the ground or in pots. Pots are great because you can move them, however it can limit the size of your plant if it becomes rootbound. Always hide your plant as best as possible too. You dont want your babies to be found!

Finally do some research. This site is loaded with info that can help you have a succesful grow.
