First Grow. Strange symptoms.

Manure needs to be fully composted first before adding to soil generally, could be too hot for them and too many nutes but that is just a guess based on what i know. Water sounds fine as long as its mineral water and not reverse osmosis or distilled water. Seriously sucks growing with no grow shops nearby. Sorry i cant offer much more help as this small plant seems to have quite a few problems at just a young age. Possibly the soil is the cause. Peace

Ph is a whole other debate and so is reading pH, all i recomend is buy good soil and add lime but your situations a lot different to mine, is there no way of getting good soil, i know its africa but do shops not sell potting soil whatso ever? I been round the world and seen the same soil mixes in different packaging in every country i ever visited. Peace

Gardening shops in Mozambique are shit. You only get shuvles and manure. Technical things as pH, Sulfur, etc..no deal. I had to travel to South Africa to buy a pH meter!!
The soil is a good quality one. I "stole" it from a tomato and lettuce farm. This is why it's so confusing.
The pH meter is for gardens. Those with two long metal pins that read moisture, pH and light.
Maybe the pH meter is crap! I gonna buy a new one and the right fertilizers for this when i get the chance. Until then, I gotta manage somehow. :(
Thanks. :)

Yep its a learning process, those pH meters with the two prongs are crap, get the soil right and you neednt wory about pH, its not so bad. I suppose just keep it growing and see how it goes, maybe better drainage in the soil but tomato soil should be good but the level of manure in pots should be less than the level in outdoor gardens still. Look up sucools soil as he uses a lot of varied methods and ingredients, might give you some ideas.

Why not just grow outside in the ground, must be easy there if you got a garden and some shade, dig a hole and fill with that tomato soil then off you go, should give better results that way and you can amend it with some drainage and other available topsoil from the garden. Peace

Yeah, I'll get a new one in a while. Until then, this one will have to suffice.
I live in a flat. xP. No outdoors.
This is just a hobbie though. Buying marijuana isn't expensive. You can buy a kilo for 250$, thing is...only sativa. But no complaining from my side. lol x)
