First grow using 100w bulb (harvest help)

Not the biggest fan of RO water myself, especially when using LEDs. But to each their own. You might want to look up organic calcium and magnesium sources, like eggshell tea, some growers have run into magnesium deficiencies with that particular combination.
You've got a healthy plant there, good job and keep growing.
